Le Petit Wellington, créé par Alveera, est l'œuvre d'une jeune femme dont l'amour et la passion pour la cuisine simple l'ont inspirée à lancer la Cantine Gastronomique d'Alveera. While irradiating a hole in the wall aura, this humble restaurant offers a simple but delicious menu of burgers, fries, poutines, & a few other items. The menu is tight, the choices may be few, but you are guaranteed tasty freshness in both ingredients & preparation.
The poutines & burgers are really good & prices are decent. As of the time of writing this review, the house offers a soup, fries, smash burger & a soda can for 13,99$. Good value.
The place is clean & offers comfortable seats. The clientele is typical'Verdun' but it leads an extra eccentric charm to the place.
It took me 15 years to come here, I plan to make it a regular haunt.
10/10. If you are looking for a place to eat some good poutine, this is the spot!! It was super fresh & tasty. I also ate their soup & smash burger & it was great. They greeted me with the best hospitality. Will be coming back when I'm in the area again.

A cute diner with the nicest staff. The burger was perfect comfort food & so tasty (& I was even served a soup!). I can't wait to go back & can't recommend this place enough!
This is a great place for great food. You are treated like family & the place is nicely decorated & very clean. You have to try the excellent homemade soup, it is wonderful especially on these cold winter days! The steak poutine is very tasty & the fries were perfect as they did not get soggy with the sauce. This is a place everyone should try.
Amazing little place. The food was very tasty! Excellent prices. We ordered poutine & a smash burger. Simple but suuuper delicious. The attention was beyond perfect. I will definitely go back.

everyone who entered was offered a soup in a way that was polite but firm - you could refuse but it would feel rude as if you entered someone's home for the first time & didnt want to take off your shoes when asked. it was a cold night & the soup was perfect & a welcome unexpected gesture. truly delicious. even someone in a hurry was encouraged to spend two minutes sitting at the counter to enjoy their soup & cracker & they looked far happier for it. i got the smash burger & poutine & both were perfect junk food fare. the burger & toppings tasted fresh & everything was tasty & filling. would 100% recommend. a local business you want to support. Absolutely delicious! We had Wellington Smash Burgers & poutines, the burger was huge, the sauce was amazing & the fries were awesome with the good gravy! I guess it was the owner who was cooking & serving, he was such a nice guy & even started us off with a super tasty soup! We'll definitely be going back again, I can't wait to try the Montreal Steak poutine next! Highly recommend this restaurant!
Amazing burger spot! The owner is incredibly kind & very accommodating - he went out of his way to offer me some vegetarian options even when I saw none on the menu. The burger also was incredibly tasty, & the fries cooked to perfection. Don't miss out!

Exactly what I needed after 7 consecutive days of stress 😋 The poutine was perfect (I'm very picky with the type of cheese curds & sauce quantity) & the sub was tasty. My go place for a lil' indulgence.
