Le Pégase specializes in a range of gastronomic French delicacies cooked to the perfection. At Le Pegase, you can also bring your own wine ! The decor is of an elegant French Bistro look, the atmosphere is very pleasant and intimate which makes it a very good choice for spending a romantic evening or for a get together with friends, all while feeling you're in France. Very good restaurant located a block away from the busy area of Montreal. The food is really good when you consider the cost & the ambience is very cozy. The staff is also super nice & treated me very respectfully with a smile. You can bring your own wine & they don't charge corking fees which was a big plus. The only hassle was for parking but you can find it in the main street & it is free on the weekends starting 6pm. Expect to pay around $70-$80 after taxes & tips. This was a very nice experience & I will be back again during my next trip to Montreal.

Reservations recommended & be aware that the space is fairly small but cozy. Food was amazing & staff were friendly & helpful when our group didn't speak French.

Excellent cozy BYOW restaurant in Le Plateau. Never disappoints. Service is warm & attentive without feeling intrusive. Very casual, lively ambiance. Menu has great selection. Make sure you leave room for dessert!
