Déçue par la qualité des viennoiseries...je les ai achetées en fin de matinée & elles donnaient l'impression d'être de la veille. Elles étaient sèches & s'émiettaient facilement. Pourtant la veille j'avais testé un croissant aux amandes qui était moelleux & sans miette. La religieuse au chocolat était quant à elle bonne mais sans plus. Le prix est excessif au vue de la qualité des produits.View more

I'm just going to come out & say it, this is legitimately one of the best gluten free bakeries in the world. In 20 years as a professional chef, this is one best bakeries of any kind I've been to, let alone gluten free. You could bring any gluten-loving French person here & they would love anything they tried. Plenty of dairy free & vegan options as well.View more

I HIGHLY recommend this bakery🤩🤩!! I'm gluten intolerant & I have never tasted anything this delicious before. Before I found out I was gluten I loved having croissants for breakfast & then when I found out I was gluten intolerant I tried many different kinds of GF croissants but nothing beats the croissants at Le Marquis Signature santé🥰🥰 The service was also incredible. The man serving us was so kind & helped my husband bring up our stroller up & down the steps & showed us that we could also purchase a bag of frozen GF croissants to bring back home. Can't wait to visit this bakery when we come back to Montreal!!!View more
