This is the dream bakery for anyone who can't eat gluten. A whole bakery where you can order anything & it's gluten free!! The chocolate croissant had flaky light pastry just like the real thing & was delicious. Lots of dairy free & keto options also.View more

Wow, this is the best gf bakery we have ever been to. The croissants were indistinguishable from gluten-filled croissants. We had the chocolate & the plain. The vege gratin was amazing as was the honoré. Honestly, even the cafe americano was delicious, served hot in a big mug. Jasmine made us feel like her personal guests & the service was beautiful. This will be our go-to every time we are in Montreal!View more

Endroit trouvé par hasard sur internet, ça tombait bien j'y suis allé avec une amie qui ne peut pas rien manger avec du gluten........mais bon déception il n'y a pas assez de variétés plus tôt restreint, service un peu lent à 09 h 00 le matin sans oublier que le préposé à oublié le croissant de mon amie. J'avais commandé un petit gâteau avec du moka....surprise en goûtant....pas de café dans la préparation du gâteau & sur le dessus du gâteau il y avait une fine gélatine qui était plus que gélatineuse. Couldn't resist taking a bite before taking a picture. I'm not gluten free but some of my family members are & this is the best place to pick up safe treats for them, but are also yum for you! Everything is delicious & so comparable to glutenous counterparts. My sister is celiac & happily eats things here she hasn't been able to in years. Like croissants & the pictured eclair. Amazing gluten free croissants that are BIG & flakey. Plain, chocolate, almond chocolate. Also empanadas (tasty!), wrap sandwiches (didn't try), pizza (excellent & filling). We went to both locations, liked this one for its convenience to old town & hotels. Went 3 times in 4 days, never got tired of it! & a very nice young man enthusiastically helped us.View more

Both times we went, the staff was super kind, patient & informative. We felt more like friends than customers.

Everything gluten-free, I couldn't believe it & asked for each cake but the employee let saying yes, it is. Yet the cakes don't crumble or have an overdose of sugars, they really made it a pleasure to eat (if a bit dry) while not feeling guilty. I bought 5-6 a few times I would freeze as well as great moussaka, burrito, empanadas & cheese croissant. The decor is a bit bright for the eyes but in a nice old port place & compensated by very friendly staff.View more

I’ve been gluten free for over 15 years & this bakery brought me so much happiness! I truly miss baked goods. GF normally is just not as good as the “real” thing. But honestly, this place is way better than any bakery goods I’ve ever had(& I basically explore the world for a living)

Absolutely heavenly gluten-free desserts! Most were also dairy-free. First time I've been able to have a croissant in over a decade. Also loved the chocolatines (pain au chocolat which were straight from the oven at 9:30am). We went back the next day just to get more. The croissants here are delicious - I have had celiac for over 12 years & I have travelled all over Europe & North America & I have never found a croissant that remotely compares to the ones here - the staff is very friendly & there are so many choices for someone with celiac disease - if you’re gluten free this is a MUST visit in Montreal - always my first stop when I get off the plane! I am visiting Montreal for a friend's bday, but I had to sneak away to try a gluten-free almond croissant. (What? Yes!) I remember "real" almond croissants, one of my favorite special treats before I was diagnosed with an allergy to wheat. & this almond croissant was just as good. A little less sweet than the marzipan-filled sugar bombs I used to get from the glutinous bakeries, but that is for the better.
I highly recommend putting this bakery on your must-visit list if you are Celiac or have an allergy to wheat.
