Une cuisine d'une grande maîtrise, avec des produits de qualité & des saveurs recherchées. Le service était très attentioné & le lieu est magnifique donnant l'impression d'être en voyage dans sa propre ville. De plus, les prix sont très raisonnables pour une telle qualité d'expérience. Bravo au chef & toute son équipe!

Voici je que j'écrivais à une amie qui demandait mon avis après ma récente visite au Grand Comité car nous connaissons le chef:
Chère Marie,
Pour répondre à ta question, je vais utiliser un mot anglais: AMAZING !
Une expérience inoubliable. Recherche, nouvelles saveurs, expérimentation, goût à se rouler par terre. L'amie qui m'accompagnait a décrit le moment :''le luxe à l'état pur dans toute sa simplicité'' ! & de plus Rémi''raconte'' chacun des plats ce qui ajoute une note pédagogique.
Bien sur que nous recevons un traitement de faveur mais quand c'est génial c'est génial pour tout le monde. Nous avons goûté à 6 plats différents + 4 mini desserts, que du bonheur. & que dire du service...irréprochable !
P.S. Le vieux rock des années 60 n'est pas une musique appropriée pour cette qualité d'établissement.

Très belle découverte ! Nous avons passé un excellent dîner, avec de belles saveurs & une cuisine en apparence simple, mais pleine de surprises. Le service, attentif & chaleureux permet de profiter pleinement de chaque plat.

Merci pour ce beau moment, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Une très belle découverte ! Ce qui est assez rare à trouver au centre-ville :) Les produits sont de qualité & les saveurs parfaitement maîtrisées.

Mention spéciale à Fanny pour son accueil, sa gentillesse & son professionnalisme, qui ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable.

Gros coup de coeur pour le burger ! Le pain est vraiment d'une AUTRE dimension.

Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter & où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

PS : je reviendrai pour le brunch :)
