Everything about this place is charming!! Sit at the bar, lean back ;) try it, grab a book, a beer, a coffee, or a smoothie, & enjoy friendly service too!! We just stopped in for drinks, but the food looked great as well & we loved the atmosphere!
If you are looking for a friendly & cozy place in Montreal, you found it! A wide choice of drinks: lots of ciders, cocktails & beers. The food is also pretty good. I recommend the ribs. The desserts all looked good too but I haven't tried. The music isn't too loud & the place is big but often full. There are a few places outside too but on st Laurent boulevard. The service was a bit slow, especially to order but this place s definitely has a vibe!
L'endroit nous a été recommandé & nous y sommes passés en coup de vent pour un encas rapide. Accueil sympathique sur la terrasse. Une salade au poulet dont la sauce est épicée comme j'aime, sur un verre de Contemporain du fils Landron (très beau choix de vins) & une gourmandise pour adoucir la vie. Un rapide passage en salle montre un décor attrayant. A refaire avec plus de temps.
I had guests from the US & wanted to make sure they had a good time so i chose Darlings, & boy they surpassed my expectations bigtime, extremely cool & friendly vibe , staff was insanely sweet & knowledgeable, the recommended local ciders were some of the best ive ever had , can't wait to go back , 10/10
I just love Le Darling for a night out for cocktails or wine & some great food. Always a fun atmosphere & attentive service. Highly recommend!

La carte manque de plus de choix de Mocktails, On paie "le cadre" dans le prix des plats, peu copieux pour certains mais c'est très bon, idem pour les boissons 👍. C'est un endroit super sympa, pour se retrouver entre amis. Il y a souvent de l'attente mais le service est super ! Je vous recommande cette belle adresse.

I came across this bar while bar-hoping with my friends & we all agreed that it would be the perfect place for a date. So I went back with my boyfriend the week after & we were completely right!! The ambience is cozy but energetic, with good music also being on the menu on both of my visits there. The drinks are good, reasonably priced, & the food is as great as its price. But the service... WOW!! Probably one of the most memorable services that I've ever had. The waiter was such a gem, recommending what's on the menu without upselling, being quick with service, & making conversation without being too invasive. Overall, top notch service both times that I've been. I haven't tried their breakfast/brunch menu, but I'd probably go back to try :) I would definitely recommend for a bar date or girls night!
One of the most iconic locations in Montréal to have fun with friends, no matter the season. Lovely staff, great food & drinks. Highly recommended!

I came here to work an afternoon. Very nice place. I recommend you to grab earphones. Everything was good until I saw mix toilets.
