On m'a fortement recommandé ce restaurant. J'ai été déçu...
1. Incapable de rejoindre le restaurant pour modifier ma réservation, même avec un message vocale, un texto.. Ils ne l'ont pas changé.
2. La bourrata était bonne.
Les nachos, tout pogné ensemble, donc rien
en dessous & pas assez de sauce.
Les calmars, une cuillère de sauce.
Le poke, la salade goûtait l'herbe & les
carottes coupées trop gros.
Ensuite le band, assez plate. L'ambiance c'est amélioré avec le DJ ensuite par contre.

On est allés manger au Balthazar au Centropolis & c'était vraiment bien. La bouffe était très bonne, parfait pour un lunch relax.
Le service aussi était top. Karina, notre serveuse, était super, souriante & efficace. Elle s'est bien occupée de nous du début à la fin.
Bref, une bonne place pour manger tranquille. On va clairement y retourner !

Belle endroit,bonne ambiance,mais croyez moi,c'est parfois TRÈS TRÈS LONG avant d'avoir du service.Je comprend qu'ils sont occupé(es) mais engager plus de monde,surtout les Vendredi & Samedi Soir... Ce n'est pas normal que je dois courrir après un ou une autre serveuse d'un autre département pour avoir un second drink etc😏 & ce n'est pas la première fois que cela m'arrive... Sinon,c'est une belle place.

We were a group of 20 & had a girl named Kathy waiting on us. What can I say except best waitress! She was so polite, so kind & so patient! She remembered all of our names! Impressive! She was always smiling while running around! Nicest girl ever. Kathy, we need more people like you! Thank you!

La nourriture y est merveilleuse. Les drinks sont très bons aussi. Mais la musique était vraiment trop forte. Je ne pouvais même pas comprendre ce que la personne en face de moi me disait & je devais crier pour me faire comprendre.

Came here on a monday night for late night birthday supper visiting from out of town, it was fairly quiet. Loved the ambiance, sat at the bar, with my friend. Bartender was friendly, funny, great service; food came out quick, although fries & poutine were cold, it was promptly changed & came out piping hot. Ordered a poutine, the beef tartare'le goret' & the brie pesto chicken sandwich - all was great! Got served a complimentary birthday shot for my friend & I! Highly recommend, & would definitely return!

Francis was great...although he was helping his colleagues with the different groups (Christmas parties, birthday, etc.), he still gave us a great service.
The music was little too loud for me, but other than that, thank you Francis!!
