Belle endroit,bonne ambiance,mais croyez moi,c'est parfois TRÈS TRÈS LONG avant d'avoir du service.Je comprend qu'ils sont occupé(es) mais engager plus de monde,surtout les Vendredi & Samedi Soir... Ce n'est pas normal que je dois courrir après un ou une autre serveuse d'un autre département pour avoir un second drink etc😏 & ce n'est pas la première fois que cela m'arrive... Sinon,c'est une belle place.
La nourriture y est merveilleuse. Les drinks sont très bons aussi. Mais la musique était vraiment trop forte. Je ne pouvais même pas comprendre ce que la personne en face de moi me disait & je devais crier pour me faire comprendre.

Mention spéciale au gérant Kaveh pour son empathie, sa générosité & son aide précieuse lors d'une situation délicate, je lui en suis très reconnaissante. J'y vais peut-être pas toutes les semaines, mais à chaque fois que je passe au Balthazar Centropolis, c'est un vrai plaisir. Le service est toujours top, Nicolas est hyper attentionné & professionnel. Le genre de serveur qui rend ta soirée meilleure sans forcer.
Au bar, Jean-Mathieu fait des drinks comme un pro. Sérieux, le gars connaît ses cocktails & sait exactement comment te sortir un verre qui frappe dans le mille.
Côté bouffe, l'entrée Kraken est un must. Portion généreuse, croustillante, & toujours aussi satisfaisante. Impossible de ne pas en reprendre à chaque visite.
L'ambiance est aussi un gros plus, surtout avec le DJ sur place qui garde l'énergie vivante sans rendre ça trop intense. Juste le bon vibe pour relaxer, boire & décrocher.
Bref, même si j'y vais aux 2-3 mois, c'est toujours une valeur sûre. À chaque fois que je sors de là, je me dis que je devrais venir plus souvent.
Great vibe & good selection of beers & many other drinks. Service is friendly. The food is good for the price range. The beer menu is off the charts. So many selections & worthwhile revisiting. Like I already have.

Nous avons bien aimé la nourriture & l'ambiance. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été incommodée par notre serveur Lucas. Lorsqu'il est venu prendre nos commandes, il nous a coupé pour nous questionner: «vous commandez votre nourriture avant vos drink?» Déjà, nous nous sommes senties jugées par sa question. Mais en plus, il est revenu 10 minutes plus tard pour nous redemander si on voulait boire quelque chose finalement. Nous avons sentie son mécontentement lorsque nous avons affirmé que nous ne voulions rien. Il n'était pas très chaleureux tout au long du service. Nous voulions à la base prendre un dessert, mais cela nous a enlevé l'envie. Dommage, nous avons adoré la nourriture.

Review from July 17th 2024, we were a group of 6. We had a reservation, it took our waitress 40 minutes to greet us. Ordering food also took a very long time. Waitress never checked on us, water glasses were empty, we didn't even both ordering another round of drinks because of the slow service. After we were done eating desserts it took an extra 30min before the waitress came by, we asked for the bill, took a very long time too. She then made a mistake on the bills but we figured it out among us. A friend had a gift card, the waitress gave herself double the amount of tip than what my friend told her, she then told us she can't reimburse us. She also gave us lots of attitude & kept rolling her eyes. Food was pretty good though. I haven't been since then, & will probably not go back, but I hope they hired more people (but they did seem like they had enough staff) vs fired that waitress. The rest of the restaurants workers also seemed to ignore us when we told them we've been waiting a long time. I hope they figured that out, the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the food, but I've rarely gotten such a bad service.
First Timer. Went there for a quick drink. Plenty of parking available. No reservation but staff were welcoming & gave us a table. Nice/Cosy atmosphere with live sport streaming & live Music ! Drinks(cocktail & beers), were really good & with unique touch. As for foods we only got the nachos so cant really give a feedback. #recommended overall
J'ai commandé le burger bison & c'était pas fameux. Le burger etait froid & sans goût. Il y avait un live band, the drinks were good & the service was nice. Overall it was ok, will I come back? Not really
L'ambiance est très bien. Les drinks aussi. Par contre la nourriture est vraiment mais vraiment pas de qualité. La dernière fois que nous y somme allés le Mac & cheese était très fade. Nous leur avons laisser une autre chance & frites vieilles & tièdes, burger de poulet brûlé. Très décevant considérant les prix dans les restaurant aujourd'hui... il y a quelques années la nourriture était bien meilleure. Malheureusement aujourd'hui ce n'est plus un restaurant mais plus un bar.

Love the vibes, atmosphere & services! The waitress was very sweet & kind. I had drinks with the family & its really a place where you can enjoy that. Prices are fair & portions are good.
