Highlights of the Meal: Lobster: Perfectly cooked, the lobster was succulent & flavorful, setting a high bar for the evening. Lamb & Anchovy Tartare: A unique & delightful combination, the tartare was a standout dish, expertly balancing the rich lamb with the briny anchovies. Zucchini Flowers Stuffed with Chicken Offal: This dish was a revelation, with the delicate zucchini flowers providing the perfect vessel for the rich & savory chicken offal. Sea Urchin Pasta: A luxurious & creamy dish, the sea urchin pasta was an umami bomb, leaving a lasting impression. Charming, warm, friendly space, excellent food (tuna/marrow toast!), excellent drinks (Quebec Chardonnay!). Effortless service made us feel like we were friends visiting. Worth noting they use a non-tip model, so everyone is already paid a fair wage & you don't need to do any math at the end of the meal (which could be a challenge after 8 services with wine pairings).
