I can not say enough about this place. We are from out of town & when we come back to Montreal we go here first. Amazing bakery, amazing sour dough, fantastic coffee! Would highly recommend.
I usually love l'amour du pain du pain but the croissant I tried were one of the worst I've had in a while. Not crispy, not flaky nor buttery, even in the oven. It was a big disappointment because I used to go often but on the one on the south sore.
Customer service was fine but what really troubled me was the bread. When I opened the bag there were wholes everywhere 🥲. Half of the bread is air… I sadly didn't keep the receipt or I might've gone back to see what could be done.
Not worthy of the l'amour du pain brand/name which is supposed to be a premium bakery.
Excellent service, chaque pâtisserie que nous avons mangée a été un délice. Les options peuvent autant combler nos envies sucrées que salées. & le café, wow. Une merveille!

Je recommande vivement cette boulangerie, j'y ai été très bien accueilli, j'ai pu échanger avec les 2 serveurs présents (Martin & Léa). Ils m'ont super bien conseillé & toujours avec le sourire.
Super expérience, en tant que française, les viennoiseries sont très surprenantes, comparables à celle de la France.

I feel like this place use to be really good & now they started cutting corners. For exemple, I ordered a baguette, 2 croissants & 2 chocolatines. The baguette was really dense & felt like it was not fresh & the chocolatine barely had chocolate in them. Even my boyfriend was surprised & asked if I really got it from there… my order was 17$

Une superbe boulangerie qui mérite vraiment sa réputation ! J'ai testé leur quiche saumon-fromage & un matcha latte, un combo parfait pour une pause gourmande. ☕ La pâte était croustillante & la garniture fondante à souhait. Le matcha latte était bien équilibré, ni trop sucré ni trop amer. L'endroit est chaleureux, propre & joliment aménagé. L'accueil est aussi très agréable, on sent que les produits sont faits avec amour & savoir-faire. Un incontournable pour les amateurs de bonnes viennoiseries & de pains artisanaux
