This bakery is a small counter co existing in a furniture/decor store. I got a chocolatine. It was super nice & flakey. Wish there was more chocolate inside as half of the pastry didn't have any.

**Pâtisseries excellentes, mais gestion client & service désolants.**
Je suis passée hier pour acheter plusieurs produits, dont une baguette, des pâtisseries & une boîte de 12 macarons (25 $ plus taxes), en laissant un généreux pourboire sur l'ensemble de la commande.
Malheureusement, la vigilance n'était pas au rendez-vous : arrivée à la maison, un des produits(les macarons) manquait dans le sac. Le plus frustrant reste la gestion de l'erreur : après deux messages vocaux sans réponse , j'ai fini par appeler à la boutique pour m'entendre dire que « personne ne prend les messages ».
Seule option proposée : refaire toute la route pour récupérer ce que j'avais déjà payé.
C'est dommage de ternir la qualité de vos produits par un tel manque de professionnalisme & d'organisation. Un conseil aux futurs clients : vérifiez minutieusement votre sac avant de partir, le service après-vente étant inexistant.

The croissant, & chocolatine you taste & tell by the texture they weren't fresh of the day, the croissant left an unwanted bitter taste at the end of each bite, same with the chocolatine that left more of a sweeter but bitter taste at the end, threw out both pastries. Coffee is decent but it seems that it's too much work for them to add the sugar into the coffee.
