Had an amazing experience ordering lunch for my workshop from this restaurant. Swati was extremely helpful from the time I called first to arrange the order. They go above & beyond to ensure their customers get the best experience possible. We order paneer garlic masala Dosas, paneer masala dosas along with a bunch of curries. Everything tasted great.

Nous y sommes allés à cinq il y a deux jours. La nourriture était correcte, mais le service était déplorable. Nous avons commandé une salade & la serveuse a refusé de nous la servir pour la deuxième fois. Elle était très désagréable. Ce fut une très mauvaise expérience.

I recently visited Lakshana's Chettinad Indian Restaurant at 1832 Sainte-Catherine St. West, Montreal, & had an incredible meal. I started with the pakora, which was perfectly crispy, fresh, & packed with flavor-the ideal appetizer to kick off the experience.

For the main course, I ordered the chicken biryani, & it was absolutely outstanding. The rice was beautifully spiced & aromatic, with tender, flavorful chicken throughout. Every bite was rich, satisfying, & full of authentic Indian flavors. I also enjoyed a paneer dish with fresh naan, which paired perfectly together.

To top it all off, I finished with a masala chai that was warm, fragrant, & comforting.

The food was delicious, the portions were generous, & the service was welcoming & attentive. If you're looking for authentic Indian cuisine made with care & incredible flavor, Lakshana's Chettinad is a must-visit.

The potato in masala dosa was bad, but the rest of the dishes were good

food was okay & staff good but over priced..
We shared 2 tiny portion of 1 chickpeas 1 veggies, it was $15 each !!! no rice, no naan whatsoever which you think would be included with these meals price. Roti were $2 each … Ripping people off this was our experience.
