Amazing place, the service was incredible & great, the food was truly delicious & fantastic. Definitely recommend this place, we were with friends & they enjoyed the place as well

I just wish there were more options for red wine (ie other countries other then Italy). Yes, I know this is an Italian restaurant, but seeing as US wines are no longer available it would be nice to see some from Australia.
That being said, I most certainly would go back & highly recommend this restaurant.

Très bonne nourriture! On a bien mangé, je recommande. Cependant, le service à la clientèle pourrait être amélioré. La serveuse, nous a répété 3 fois qu'elle avait une autre table après nous, c'est un peu ordinaire. Pour un établissement comme celui là, la serveuse devrait être plus chaleureuse avec ses clients. Elle nous a aussi dit que si on laisse 18% de pourboire c'est comme si on donnait 15% à cause de leur salaire & autres. Les serveurs ne devraient pas mentionner ceci aux clients c'est pas très professionel. Le pourboire est encore à ce jour à la discrétion du client selon l'appréciation du service reçu. Le Service est rapide également, c'est très apprécié, j'y retournerai quand même mais il faudrait revoir le service client. Merci à vous.
Service was amazing, very attentive servers, food was amazing. The octopus was cooked to perfection & the Gnocchi was delicious. Recommend eating it with their warm fresh bread.
My husband & I had the pleasure of having our wedding ceremony & reception at La Verità in August. We want to thank the team at La Verità for making it a dream day. Everything exceeded our expectations, & we recommend anyone to get married/host their event at La Verità. Services: The team provided best in class service throughout our event. From guiding us during our wedding planning, to installing our decor for the reception & for the service during that day, everything was perfect. All of our guest were impressed by the quality of their customer service. Ceremony: We tied the knot under their marquee tent. It was simply magic. Being under the tent surrounded by plants & flowers created for a very intimate & special place. Reception: The minute we got out of our ceremony, Derek, one of the owners, was waiting for us with our favorite cocktail. What a way to kick off the festivities. We spent our night dancing on the dance floor in between courses. The team was great to keep up with the pace of the evening. Food: The food was simply divine. The canapés were savory. The limoncello shrimps were one of our guest favorites. We had selected a 5-course meal, & everything was impeccable. Almost every guest told us that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. We were impressed that everyone got served at the same time which is hard to manage for a group of 50 peoples. The food was served at the perfect temperature. The beverages were great, the team definitely knows how to make great cocktails.
I recently hosted my wedding rehearsal dinner at La Verita, & I can't say enough about how special they made our experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Every staff member was friendly & attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, & everyone raved about the dishes throughout the evening. What truly made the night unforgettable was the beautiful private tent they set up for us outside. With cozy heaters, twinkling lights, & lovely plants, it created an intimate atmosphere that allowed us to relax & enjoy ourselves on another level. I wholeheartedly recommend it here to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience. They truly went above & beyond to make our celebration memorable!
We went to try this restaurant for the first time. Had fillet mingon & the wife had veal. The description & as described by the waiter not accurate. My fillet minion was extremely small but cooked just as I liked. The veal was the one with the bone. Not much sauce very dry, but cooked ok. This plate was coved with tons of salad. Service not bad had the feeling the older gentleman waiter did not like his job. Not to friendly cold. The young man filling water glasses & helping, was very pleasant. dessert was not bad. Cappachino good. Note: When asking for glasses of wine you are supposed to pour at the table not take glasses away. Did I get the wine I asked for? The price was well over $200. Overpriced by far. Would not recommend. Thanks
We had the pleasure of having our engagement party in June 2024. The party was fantastic from beginning to end. During the planning process, they were there for us every step of the way & were always very accommodating. On the day of, the food was amazing, the staff was very helpful, & everyone had a great time. I highly recommend this restaurant for any private parties you may have! Thank you, La Verità.
Hosted my engagement party with 60 family & friends, & it was perfect! All my guests commented on how amazing the food was, how kind & accommodating the staff was, & how beautiful the space was! Highly recommend!

Lovely restaurant. The staff is also SUPER nice!! They have good wines, food is tasty, fast service. We also had an amazing waitress. Beatrice was really good. She made our night. She recommended us some delicious starters, she was so nice & funny. Thank you!
As a seasoned visitor of Italian eateries, this restaurant truly shines. Exceptional service set the tone, with a waitress whose presentation skills were unparalleled, adding to our overall delightful experience. Starting with a burrata imported from Italy, it was undoubtedly one of the finest I've tasted. The complimentary bread, served with perfect butter, was a treat in itself. The Gnocchi di Ricotta al Pomodoro con Burrata was a pleasant surprise for a non-gnocchi eater like me. The lamb dish we shared was flawlessly cooked, offering a remarkable taste. The crème brûlée, while not the highlight, was still enjoyable. The ambiance enhanced the dining experience, making this a top-notch Italian restaurant. Highly recommend for an authentic & memorable meal. 5/5 stars.
What can I say, this is literally my favorite restaurant in Montreal! Food is absolutely amazing & the service is second to none. Decor is cozy & they have a great selection of Scotch at the bar. desserts are also off the charts! I highly recommend the maple cheesecake & the crème brûle! Getting the Burrata as an appetizer is also a must, best I've ever had! Prices are also very reasonable considering the quantity & quality of the dishes, you'd easily pay double downtown for food half as good. I also recommend sitting at the bar & getting a drink with Joe the bartender, super friendly & really helpful in suggesting what to eat & drink. This is a must visit if you're ever in the West Island area! Keep up the great work guys!
