Absolute gem of a restaurant! My wife, son, & I had lunch here this past week, & the food, service, & atmosphere were all excellent. We had the lobster ravioli, risotto, & filet mignon - each dish was perfectly prepared. The two individuals who attended to us were polite, knowledgeable, & genuinely friendly, providing excellent service throughout our visit. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in Montreal. Highly recommended for anyone who loves Italian cuisine!

Food was great classic Italian dishes. Ambiance & decor was cozy- felt like we were in someone's upscale home. What really sets this place apart is the service & level of care that the servers bring. We had an amazing evening.
Absolutely top shelf for service, amazing Italian food! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who appreciates fine dining at reasonable prices! I had a filet mignon that was cooked to perfection 👌🏻. Thanks very much La Verita!
LOVE IT!!! Best Italian I have ever had. Fine cuisine, excellent service, thank you Patrick!!! Enjoyed every single dish but my favorite is the wild mushroom appetizer & the fig wrapped in bacon. Veal is unbelievably tender & flavorful. Can't wait to go back.
Our favorite Italian restaurant in Montreal. Been there numerous times & have never been disappointed. It is a popular place when looking for Italian food & reservation in advance is recommended for weekends.

I just wish there were more options for red wine (ie other countries other then Italy). Yes, I know this is an Italian restaurant, but seeing as US wines are no longer available it would be nice to see some from Australia.
That being said, I most certainly would go back & highly recommend this restaurant.
Absolutely exceptional. The food is consistently flawless-fresh, authentic, & beautifully prepared. Derek & his staff are just as impressive: warm, attentive, & incredibly knowledgeable. They always make us feel welcome & appreciated. A truly top-tier Italian dining experience & a must whenever you find yourself in the West-Island.

Attended a Tuesday lunch at this restaurant & was surprised to see it completely full (Tuesday... & lunch!). If this was an indication for how good it was going to be it did not disappoint. The menu is difficult to choose from because of the wonderful selection & to make things worse, the waitress described the Menu du Jour which complicated matters of choice even more. Everything our table of 3 ordered was exquisite & bursting with taste. The ambiance was bustling however we never felt rushed or pushed in any way. I had been here a few times in the past & never took the time to review. Their is not a dish that missed at this restaurant. Likely the best Italian restaurant in the West Island (& I would include most of Montreal for that matter).
Nice Italian restaurant, with vegetarian options, but no rib steak, lots of variety of alcohol, pasta is good, of course they are Italian, calamari, octopus, short rib on big bone, well done , no need knife to eat 😀, with asparagus, just par level, creamy sauce seafood pasta, bar & restaurant, with tv screen for sports , good for party with many people, parking is easy all around the building, plus parking lot for street mall

Possibly the best Italian restaurant on Montréal's West Island. Friendly. GREAT SPECIALS...ASK ABOUT THE SPECIALS. I had crab cakes to start. As good as anything I've had in Maryland. & my main was Elk. Mmmmm
As a seasoned visitor of Italian eateries, this restaurant truly shines. Exceptional service set the tone, with a waitress whose presentation skills were unparalleled, adding to our overall delightful experience. Starting with a burrata imported from Italy, it was undoubtedly one of the finest I've tasted. The complimentary bread, served with perfect butter, was a treat in itself. The Gnocchi di Ricotta al Pomodoro con Burrata was a pleasant surprise for a non-gnocchi eater like me. The lamb dish we shared was flawlessly cooked, offering a remarkable taste. The crème brûlée, while not the highlight, was still enjoyable. The ambiance enhanced the dining experience, making this a top-notch Italian restaurant. Highly recommend for an authentic & memorable meal. 5/5 stars.
