We stopped by The Forge Bistro in Tremblant mostly because of the great location. & to be fair, the spot is solid - nice view of the hill & a good place to sit & hang out. But the food? Big letdown.
I ordered the all-dressed pizza (which was $28, by the way) & honestly, it felt like a glorified flatbread. No flavour, just some mushrooms & red peppers. If there was any meat on it, I didn't see it. Pretty sure we ended up with a vegetarian version by mistake, or that's just what they're calling'all-dressed' now. Either way, not great.
For that price, you expect something a little more legit. Instead, it felt lazy - like something thrown together with zero care. I wouldn't pay more than $20 for it, & even that would be generous.
Bottom line: come for the view, but don't bother with the pizza. Total miss.
It's really rare that I write a review, but this time it felt necessary.
First of all, the gentleman at the front door wasn't very enthusiastic or welcoming. It seemed like he was annoyed that we showed up. The waitress, on the other hand, was very nice.
Secondly, the food is definitely not worth the price. The Buffalo chicken burger was more like a slider, & the portion of fries was ridiculously small.
One positive note: the nachos portion was generous.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend eating here. The food was bland & nothing special compared to the price you're paying.
Food was ok, service was not bad but the main issue was that the water glass that was provided clearly still dirty (shown by brown dots). I'll leave that up for those to decide if they should come here.
We had a late dinner after we arrived at the resort. We were seated promptly with a cozy patio table. We enjoyed delicious burgers & sandwiches. Service was very attentive.
My friend got injured & we desperately needed ice for her bruise. They generously hoped us. We didn't try the food but were amazed by their service eventho we didn't order anything.

Food was only okay & was very overpriced compared to other restaurants in the Village. Waitress was friendly but not very attentive. Outdoor seating was cramped. There are better options to choose from.
My waiter said, only $20? When I handed him his tip...then he said... usually it's 15%, but I hate to ask... I am a hair dresser, used to tipping & it was asked so quickly, it was Vulgar.
