Trop belle découverte Brunch ce samedi, choix de la Brioche Le sucré/ salé est très bien équilibré. Toutes les textures sont là, les saveurs annoncées présentes. & la portion généreuse. Staff au top Gros bravo, déjà envie de revenir !

Let's just get one thing out of the way. We ended up eating there FOUR times. The staff was super attentive, friendly & nice So much of the food is top: -beef tartare with duck fried French fries -croissant with poultry & duck egg -Rockefeller oyster - French toast…oh god! With THICK cut bacon - great wine selection - pickles in ginger to take home -braised beef!! Thank you all making our visits wonderful!
Updated to 5 stars. Had an exceptional brunch here today ... the egg dish with butternut squash steak & parsnip puree had a fantastic medley of flavors. Not to to intentionally throw shade at another reviewer, but always strange to read a review by someone who says this is not even in their top 5 brunch places in Montreal, but then rates Monreeal chain breakfast restaurants at 5 stars? This If this place deserves 5 stars & is on one of the lists of top brunch restaurants in Canada, it's because they always have a creative & changing menu. Nothing stays the same for more than 3 weeks. If you want something typical, then it's not your place. & the food does taste really good it's not just for show.
Définitivement un des meilleurs brunchs que j'ai jamais mangé, si c'est pas le meilleur! Tout était délicieux. Mention spéciale au pain perdu qui était succulent. Tout le monde a adoré son repas, on y retournera c'est certain.
Excellent repas, service très bien, le menu préparé pour notre groupe était très bon & convenait à tous les invités de notre groupe de 20 personnes. Aucun commentaire négatif à mentionner. Un restaurant sans prétention mais dont le souci du détail fait toute la différence. Le décor est chaleureux & favorise les interactions. Mention au risotto & à la pintade qui semblait être un choix du temps des fêtes. Merci encore une fois pour cette expérience, nous reviendrons.
Cuisine correcte, goûts un peu éparpillés. Pas de ligne directrice dans la cuisine. C'est bien de bonnes choses sans but précis. Rien n'est mauvais mais on ne sent pas une direction, une histoire culinaire... Bel endroit si n on n'a pas à payer de son propre argent, mais je ne paierais pas de mon argent pour manger là.
We came to Montreal in the search of the best French toast in the city & we may have had the best of our lives. We LOVED this place & everything was perfect. You must keep this spot on your list & make a reservation. The food was excellent & the service top notch.
Great food, we were a family of 4- tried the lamb stew on naan, the croissant with poultry, the beef shoulder on ciabatta & everything was fantastic! The service was great too! Highly recommend

Food is overrated. I waited forever to get my order & tea. When I finally got the salmon tartare it was mostly apples? The salad it came with was absolutely drenched in vinegar I couldn't even eat it because it was literally burning my mouth. Like why would I be paying the price for a salmon tartare just to get apples & a gross salad with a small amount of salmon. I was left so unsatisfied after my meal. There are no allergy warnings & they should at least list the ingredients because I would have never ordered the salad if I knew it came with a ton of vinegar.

Sa croûte dorée, douce caresse, Fond sous la langue, promesse de tendresse. Le caramel, rivière d'ambre coulant, Glisse en silence, éclat troublant. Chaque bouchée, un rêve éveillé, Le meilleur dessert jamais goûté. Oh, La Fabrique, temple des délices, Ton pain perdu, mon plus doux caprice.
