Still our favourite brunch place in Montreal. Its menu is very unique & you really can't go wrong. Highly recommend to try their apple biegnet as a dessert at the end. They are simply the best.
My girls picked this beautiful spot for a birthday brunch, & it turned out to be the perfect choice! The coffee was rich & flavorful, & the food was absolutely incredible.
The pancakes were perfectly soft & fluffy, & the apple sauce was delicious - such a great combo!
Our server was fantastic - friendly, attentive, & made us feel so welcome.

My dad & I stumbled upon this place on our way home. The menu caught our attention as it contains a creative mix of ingredients for brunch. We were seated & I ordered pancakes with apple puree & cheddar cheese, topped with an egg. It was incredible & quite filling. Also I got their juice of the day which contained a mixture of fresh fruits, was very unique & not too sweet (just perfect). Definitely recommend to everyone if it's within your budget!!
We had an excellent meal at La Fabrique. Since we had a late lunch followed by a pre-dinner dessert elsewhere, we didn't have the appetite for a big dinner so we ate a bunch of apps instead. Everything was delicious. It was a lively restaurant & all the staff were very friendly. Great service by Jean-Philippe. Would definitely return the next time we are in Montreal.
Breakfast at La Fabrique was a lovely way to start the day. The food was delicious, with creative flavors that made each dish stand out. The service was friendly & attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.
The only downside for me was the iced coffee-unfortunately, it just wasn't to my taste. But aside from that, everything else was great. The atmosphere was relaxed & welcoming, & I'd definitely consider coming back the next time I'm in Montreal.
A solid breakfast spot with great food, just not the place I'd go for my morning coffee fix.

lun des meilleurs voir le meilleur a Montréal qualité prix. le service est exceptionnel, la nourriture est tres travaillee & original, toujours tres bon, & les prix sont franchement raisonnable pour la qualité. on adore. on y retourne régulièrement, on conseille.
Nous sommes allés à l'annexe de la fabrique, la salle pour réceptions de groupes samedi le 28 juin 2025.
Nous avons adoré. Le service impeccable, les hors d'oeuvre & repas étaient simplement délicieux. Nous en avons eu pour notre argent. Les plateaux arrivaient un après l'autre, les consommations très généreuses, ( grands verre de vin, très généreux avec les boissons alcoolisées). Habituellement, les restos diluent ou servent de plus que petite portion, mais la Fabrique prend vraiment soin de ses clients.
Nous allons y retourner c'est certain.
Je recommande pour une fête, célébration ou autre. C'est un endroit idéal, chaleureux avec un personnel des plus gentils.

Had a reservation for 1245pm, & we arrived early. They said it would be faster to sit on the terrasse since the table inside wasn't ready. It still took another 15 minutes to clear a table for us. Service was a bit slow.
Beignets are good. Not too sweet.
The homemade cranberry muffin wasn't great. It was crispy yes but couldn't taste the cranberries. It was really hard to cut too, despite being given a sharper knife.
I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm & welcoming-bright, stylish, & just the right amount of busy to feel lively without being overwhelming. The hostess was so sweet & lovely!
The menu had a great variety of both classic & creative options. I went with the beef tartare, pancakes, fresh pressed juice - it was absolutely delicious. Every dish boasted of fresh ingredients, beautifully plated, & full of flavor. My friend ordered a few dishes as well, we ended up sharing because everything looked too good not to try.
The service was friendly & attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend for brunch!
They accommodated us even though we were an hour early, but we were so hungry after a long drive. The service was amazing. We had the 2x3-course meals & the kids had the pulled pork burger. The three-course meals were totally worth the money & quite good. The brisket was great. The lamb was a little chewy, but still eatable. The pulled pork burgers were really dry & chewy though. Nothing wrong with the food but there were definitely some inconsistencies. All in all, a good experience.

Définitivement mon endroit préféré pour le brunch! Le menu est vraiment complet puisqu'il présente des options qui plairont à tous & absolument tout est délicieux. Le service est super aussi. Réservez, c'est souvent plein :).

Menu régulièrement mis à jour avec des ingrédients de saison, ce qui donne une bonne excuse pour y retourner souvent, autant pour le brunch que pour souper :) Excellent menu brunch. & le personnel est très accueillant!
Superbe experience, un mardi soir pour un souper entre amis & pour un brunch dimanche matin cette semaine. Excellent service, presentation & plat délicieux ! Bravo á toute l'équipe
