Vraiment un bon resto ! La nourriture était vraiment bonne, le deli était vraiment excellent, pesto maison & wow. Le vieilli était également très bon ! Pas déçu de s'être arrêté ici après une belle visite de chambly.
L'ambiance était également très convivial !

I recently dined & was hoping for a memorable meal, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. The food was, frankly, disappointing. Every dish I tried was dry & lacked any real flavor or freshness. It was as if the kitchen had lost its passion-what should have been a comforting or exciting meal felt really sad & uninspired.

Le service de Pamela est irréprochable. Elle est sympathique, souriante & au petit soin avec nous. Ses conseils sont juste & de bons goût. La nourriture était excellente. Nous avons pris les carpaccio en entrée , des huîtres & un tartare de saumon en repas principal. L'accord de vin suggéré par Pamela concordait parfaitement.Merci beaucoup, nous allons certainement augmenter la fréquence de nos visites & demander sa section ( sans rien enlever à personne bien entendu. Tout les employés étaient super souriants: busboy, autre serveur (se) , accueil impeccable, on nous ouvre la porte avec le sourire ☺?)

Nous avions mangé à 3. Service exceptionnel du début à la fin. Une viande de très bonne qualité, la cuisson parfaite.
Les desserts étaient aussi d'une qualité comme on ne voit pas dans les restaurants au Québec.
5 étoiles sans discuter.
