Nous avons grandement apprécié notre expérience à La Cochonne Rit. La qualité de la nourriture est remarquable & a largement dépassé nos attentes.
Le tartare de boeuf, que j'ai choisi, figure parmi les meilleurs que j'aie dégustés. Les saveurs étaient parfaitement équilibrées & la fraîcheur irréprochable, offrant un plat à la fois raffiné & savoureux.
La salade César maison mérite également une mention spéciale. Elle est tout simplement exceptionnelle &, sans contredit, la meilleure que j'aie goûtée au restaurant. On perçoit clairement le soin apporté à sa préparation.
Le service est à la hauteur de la cuisine : professionnel, chaleureux & attentionné du début à la fin. L'équipe, accueillante & sans prétention, contribue grandement à rendre l'expérience agréable & mémorable.
En résumé, une expérience irréprochable que nous évaluons sans hésitation à 10/10. Une adresse à découvrir absolument, & où nous aurons grand plaisir à retourner.

J'ai mangé la morue à la bière légèrement pané avec la salade de légumes que j'ai mangé complètement ça n'arrive jamais mais là il y avais des légumes jusqu'àu fond !

This place deserves 5 stars. We were able to keep our bikes safe while we had lunch. Our server certainly likes what he does. He was attentive & welcoming. We ordered one duck confit salad, one pastrami sandwich & one bowl of soup. This was enough for 4 people. Already making plans to come back again.
We stopped off here for dinner on our way back to Granby from Dorval. We had several options, but La Cochonne Rit was highly recommended by a family member who lives in Chambly.
It was a great choice for our group of 5 adults & one'tweenager'.
Service was excellent from the get go, & our server was attentive,professionnel & upbeat. He discussed the menu with us in both English & French to include all of our group.
The menu choices were really good, but the special that Sunday evening was bavette, served with fries or baked potato & salad. It was a great value at $32, so 4 of us had that & the other 2 had burgers. The food was nicely presented, delicious & the bavette cooked to our choice of doneness.
I'm looking forward to going back when heading that way. I would definitely recommend La Chochonne Rit for a vibrant & welcoming dining experience with excellent food, warm service, & a modern atmosphere that feels upscale.
Autant côté cuisine, rien à redire, bien fait & bon.
Par contre, quelques point côté service m'ont un peu .. déçus.
1)
Commander le menu du jour (potage + foie de veau , avec une boisson) & se faire servir la boisson puis le foie... Sûrement parti d'une bonne attention, mais le'ha je croyais que le jus de tomate remplaçait le potage'... Il me semble que c'est à moi de choisir non?
2) mes enfants commandent un tartare, sans nous demander ils servent le plus gros (& plus cher évidemment) . Certes je n'ai pas fais attention, mais c'est aussi le rôle du serveur de bien préciser non (surtout quand le menu propose 2 grammages différents)?
J'ai eu du mal avec le pourboire ..
PS: pour le clin d'oeil, pour nous autre continentaux, ça c'est un oeuf dur (pas à la coque :p) , contrairement à ce que disais le menu pour la salade de canard (mais bon, ca pas très bien quand même).
J'ai bien aimé mon expérience à la Cochonne Rit. J'avais jamais mangé une salade César autant savoureuse & une aussi bonne poutine. Durant mon souper, j'ai trouvé le restaurant très bruyant mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail. Bref, ce fut un très bon souper.
