Simply the best croissants in town!
My favourite was the pistachio croissant, a must-try!View more
We came here on our trip, & their pistachio croissants are absolutely delightful! 😋 The staff were incredibly friendly & even gave us a lovely gift 🎁. It made our visit truly special!View more
I was looking for a cafe with delicious croissants & I found it here! I had pistachio croissant with cafe au lait. The croissant was so rich & very tasty. It was so good I'm planning to come here everyday for the rest of my visit. The staff was also very nice.View more
So disappointed! :( the croissant rolls are sooo expensive, & they weren't good! The pistachio cream had a weird taste, almost like it was expired? The hazelnut was better, but still definitely not worth $15👎🏻View more
Great pizza & nice rolls 😋 filled with pistachio.View more
Very cute & original Bakery shop
. Love their Pistachios Croissant.View more
A cramped little store that makes you walk down some steep stairs to get to. There was also very limited seating. The majority of the seating was at ground level outside. But it was worth the trek because the matcha crossant roll was SO GOOD. It was stuffed & had such a strong matcha flavour. The chocolate & pistachio flavours were both way too sweet. For $11 something a piece, I would only recommend the matcha roll.View more
Matcha crossaint roll is a must!!! Very strong matcha flavour without being too sweet or too bitter. Lots of cream & matched perfectly with the crunch of the croissant. Definitely will get one every time I visit!
The pistachio one was too sweet & thick. The chocolate one was just Nutella on the inside & thus too sweet. For $11 each, it is a good treat since they are quite big.View more
Best cozy cafe in old Montreal. Must try their hot chocolate with homemade marshmallow & they have best pistachio croissant.View more
Recommend the pistachio roll! Super super good!!! The place is cozy, staff are friendly. High recommend!View more
Perfect little cozy cafe. Pistachio roll is amazing.View more
Pistachio croissant was yummy & big, very much shareable between people :P Pepperoni pizza was alright, loaded of pepperoni which is great, but they were not crispy enough. The iced chai latte wasn't that good, it wasn't strong enough & tasted too milky. The service was a little off, a little rude:( except for when I talked to the owner, he was super sweet!View more
Pistachio roll at $12.50 was decent, but not great, & will not return. Crust better than average, but filling average at best. Does not justify the ratings or price.View more
if you're going to go anywhere to get a supreme croissant, let it be la cave à manger! the pistachio supreme croissant was to die for! buttery, flaky, soft, earthy & sweet. much MUCH better than duc de lorraine.... i didn't stay to eat but the patio was super cute & service was very friendlyView more
Good place to try croissants & coffee. Tried pistachio roll . Too much cream in my opinion as it overpowers the taste of the roll itself. Coffee was ok.View more
We stopped in to order some pastries for dessert. The chocolatine/pain au chocolat was very good. The pistachio & strawberry matcha croissant(?) rolls were good too. They tasted great, but the bavarois/filling's consistency wasn't what I expected. Overall, a neat bakery in a nice setting.View more
Their famous pistachio croissant looked better than its taste. I was very very disappointed for paying 12.5 CAD for thisView more
If you don't look carefully, you will completely miss out on this place. It's a must visit, the croissants are not cheap, but they are..... How should I say it.... HEAVEN. Ordered the pistachio croissant.View more
Wonderful little place. Kind people & delicious food. Must try the pistachio round croissant. Meri!View more
*edit: I have never met a more generous & kind staff in my life as the two boys that were on August 4th at the night shift, literally they deserve raises, & I have never regretted not leaving a higher tip. Literally I was about to come back like five times but I thought it would be weird 🤣God bless their hearts. Truly amazing people! *Tasty tasty tasty! I came here for the crème brûlée roll (it turned out that they change flavors daily , so I wasn't in luck) but my pistachio- orange roll was honestly heaven. One of the best boulangeries ici!View more
New York pistachio rolls are awesome as well as the velvet cake croissantsView more
Tried the pistachio roll (croissant) here. First - it is pricey, at $12+ for one roll. The good about the roll is the pastry itself was really good & perfectly baked & held up well with lot of filling inside. However, the pistachio filling was too sweet, & was way too green which meant it contained artificial flavors/coloring & that is also reflected in the taste. I've had quite a few pistachio croissants & none of them have had filling so green. Based on that, I would probably recommend having a plain butter croissant but none of the filled or fancy ones. Should have looked at other reviews since many have called out this same thing.View more
This location is for everyone who is not looking for mass tourism & who values quality! I had a croissant with pistachios & a caffe latte with it, very mild & great! It's also warm enough for something to drink, you can choose a nice bottle of wine & enjoy it with friends in a very uncomplicated way.View more
The pistachio croissant roll is disappointing. I tried the mango & pistachio flavor. It is very sweet & I don't feel the rich flavor of pistachio. If I hadn't had any good pistachio croissant, I would probably say it was decent. But there r some local patisserie making real good pistachio croissant. & it's 10$ each, a bit expensive for what it's worth. But almond croissants is decent.View more
i was very disappointed, paid $12 for a pistachio roll croissant & it was artificially flavored, tasted so bad i had to take out part of the filling, but my boyfriend had the crookie & it was goodView more
A very small shop with a mighty delicious offering. Loved the pistachio croissant. It did cost $11. It is fairly large & you can share it 😀View more
Had pistachio croissant last time which was pretty tasty 😋 red velvet is a bit too sweet for me, cookies one is perfect!View more
The store is a bit small, but the food is really good. I had the pistachio croissant & a matcha milkshake, which was pretty nice. The pastries can be a little too sweet for some people but it tastes incredible. 100% would go back to taste their pastries.View more
I got the pistachio croissant & the cinnamon roll brioche. Both were absolutely amazing! The pistachio filling was a little too much for my liking but it was fantastic nonetheless. Also not overly sweet! They make an AMAZING cappuccino & fair priced.View more
I visited the bakery with high hopes, eagerly anticipating the much-talked-about pistachio croissant. The croissant itself was well-made, with a satisfying texture. However, I found the flavor somewhat disappointing. Instead of a strong pistachio presence, it predominantly tasted like white chocolate, with only a subtle hint of pistachio.Cost me 14$ total with tip.View more
