Strategically located on Boulevard des Forges in the heart of Trois-Rivières' most beautiful shopping mall, LES RIVIÈRES, La Calebasse is dedicated to promoting African gastronomy in la belle province. Our sole objective is to bring the true flavors of the tropics to the heart of Trois-Rivières, in an exotic atmosphere that transports you to the heart of Africa.
La Calebasse offers a wide variety of traditional African menus. Most of them feature stews and grills (fish, chicken, lamb and beef), sauces (yassa, mafé, pondu, palm seed sauce) and various desserts such as dèguè (millet grain and yoghurt-based dessert), tapioca or homemade cakes. La Calebasse introduces for the first time a fusion cuisine that approaches African cuisine in a new way, opening up to the world without losing anything of tradition.

De passage à trois-rivieres je me suis arreté dans leur restaurant ,please je laisse très raremenent des avis, mais pour eux fallait que je le fasse 🥹! Guys la bouffe est excellente avec des portions très genereuse, cela fessais longtemps que j'avais vue un tel restaurant (bonne bouffe , grosse portions & à bas prix ) dans ce pays. Je tenais à vous felicité & s'il vous plaît ne changer rien car Tout est Parfait 🫶. #newFAN!

Vraiment un restaurant à essayer! Nous avons très bien mangé & eu un excellent service, avec le chef qui prend le temps de venir nous voir à la fin du repas. Les prix sont très raisonnables pour la qualité.
