Strategically located on Boulevard des Forges in the heart of Trois-Rivières' most beautiful shopping mall, LES RIVIÈRES, La Calebasse is dedicated to promoting African gastronomy in la belle province. Our sole objective is to bring the true flavors of the tropics to the heart of Trois-Rivières, in an exotic atmosphere that transports you to the heart of Africa.
La Calebasse offers a wide variety of traditional African menus. Most of them feature stews and grills (fish, chicken, lamb and beef), sauces (yassa, mafé, pondu, palm seed sauce) and various desserts such as dèguè (millet grain and yoghurt-based dessert), tapioca or homemade cakes. La Calebasse introduces for the first time a fusion cuisine that approaches African cuisine in a new way, opening up to the world without losing anything of tradition.

Excellent repas! Le poulet braisé était bien préparé avec un bon goût . Le garba était authentique. Cela m'a ramené des souvenirs de l'ECG à Abidjan 😍
À améliorer : la propreté le rangement de la salle & le service.😕

D'abord, l'accueil était chaleureux ! Ensuite, nous avons pris les entrées soupes aux lentilles & c'était hyper savoureux & réconfortant. Nos plats de braisé de mouton & agneau sauce à la graine étaient succulents à s'en rouler les yeux de plaisir!!! 😍 La'maison' nous a ensuite gâtés davantage en nous offrant un plat de bananes plantin caramélisées... WOW! On vous aime... ! Un gros merci à votre équipe!

Place à recommander avec un chaleureux accueil . J'ai vraiment aimer le poisson braisé ,franchement le chef cuisinier est à féliciter .
