Trop cher, pas trés bon & le serveur, bien qu'il soit aimable, ne nous a pas rendu la monnaie car il a décidé que c'était son tip. On laisse au minimum les clients décider combien ils veulent laisser.

Was here for the world cup & payed cash but the server took her tips without my consent i mean ofc i will give u tips no need to take a whole half without telling me i couldnt say anything bcz i was flabbergasted i could have gave u more if u ask for it but taking it without asking omg…

Very good, but very interesting as the young gentlemen working the bar made a comment to a few regular patrons leaving to have a good night & that he is a nice tipper. Of course the gentlemen asked what necessitates to be a nice tipper? The gentleman's first words were 20%, nothing to do with anything else. His failure to acknowledge tips should be high if the quality of service & food was very good! It was shocking, being that he never asked how was my meal, or if I needed anything, if I wanted another drink, which I had to ask for myself or inquire about anything at all! Yet I still gave him a 17% tip with no thank you or any appreciation, or maybe even say have a nice night, the only thing he said was that we close in 20 minutes. Such a,' we are entitled' generation!! Try working for your money with world class service or even try some service excellence! Go figure that should come into play for higher tips!!!

So The waitress got mad because of the tip in exchange of bad service but she doesn't know it's part the worst experience I had in recent years.

Service was too low & too slow.
First step at the door a waiter quickly told me all the tables are reserved (suggesting there aren't any seats left for me) but I had a reservation & they gave me one of the worst seats possible. Funny thing here is that During the 2h I spent there almost 2/3 of the place was empty (but all the seats were reserved & I wanted to just have a first experience at cage au sport & wanted to be optimistic)

Then I ordered 2 drinks , the mini burgers & another entree. I got the drinks but it took them around 40-45 minutes to bring the meal. But I wanted to stay in a good mood check a game, I didn't say anything & just ordered a third drink since i waited that long etc . ( even tho i was bothers by the long wait but I was mostly being polite at the moment) & if course I had trouble having water plus I had to wait & then decided to go to the front desk to get someone to bring me a bill etc

But what shocked me is that she was forcing a 15% gratuity on me. I offered 10% instead & politely explained to her my experience wasn't that great (& i still was in a positive mood because i really wanted to have a simple & relaxed afternoon )
But the girl got mad at me as if she won't accept less than 15% (while 10% I offered for the bad service was around 10$)

So I had to take it as a joke & shove my 10% back in my pocket.

She probably thought i would feel embarrassed by her comment for my 10% but in the end refusing the 10% was the most awesome part of her service to me. I just wish she was polite when refusing it in still happy with it. So this is why I'll give 3 star instead of 1.

& food was ok (on the lower levers of ok but it's ok, maybe I would do 2 star instead of 1) but I think it should be the norm to refuse tip when there is no good service

Ok, let's just start with how friendly the service was! The food was AMAZING! 🍔 The place was full, like jammed packed but we managed to eat & pay our bill within 50minutes. Every restaurant should take tips from them! 100% recommend them!
