Ordered pepper corn steak With pepper corn poutine .I asked for my steak to be medium I received well done or rest in peace steak. My poutine was cold, sauce wasn't even melting the cheese curds. Didn't even finish my poutine & I had to finish the hard steak because what a waste.

They forgot our sangria, our water & our beer.

We had to look for our server & we saw she's talking to her friends.

After we all received our order. We mentioned we also ordered calamari. She said sorry we ran out & our kitchen is closed. So what is it ? Kitchen is closed or you don't have it anymore. She was nice & all but lack of professional.

After we finish eating. We told our server can we have free dessert. She said okay but only two. Okay we needed to ask for our free dessert instead of she offering it.

The server forgot half our order. Blamed that the kitchen was closed & they didn't have it yet we placed the order before it closed. She didn't give cutlery, we had to ask for it & also for water. We ordered drinks & had to remind her that we had ordered so received it after finishing our food. She was just busy talking to fellow staff & her boyfriend. Totally disappointed & dissatisfied with service & food. Staff need training on prioritizing customer instead of personal conversation.

D'habitude, je vais à La Cage partout où je vais & ils nous laissent regarder les matchs de Premier League s'il n'y a pas d'autres rencontres. Mais là, j'ai appelé pour savoir s'ils diffusaient un match de foot & ils n'ont même pas essayé. Le gérant n'a même pas proposé de vérifier s'ils avaient la plateforme de streaming.
Quelle déception !

I usually go to la cage everywhere & they give us an opportunity to watch the premier league game if there is no other games , but I called to this place to ask if they can do stream a soccer game & they did not even try, the manager did not even say let me try if we have the streaming channel or something.
So disappointing in this location.

On m'a servit une poutine froide avec des frites molles sans ustensiles. Jai retourné ma poutine, on m'en a rapporté une chaude mais plus molle... même le poullet popcorn n'était pas croustillant. Jai perdu un gros 45 min la bas pour aller au Mc Do en sortant!
