I was pretty impressed with this Sports Bar to say the least as it's not a type of place I'd usually go to when visiting Montreal but I was pleasantly surprised as we were a pretty large group & wanted to watch some Euro Cup Soccer. The place was very spacious with plenty of seating inside & nice patio as well. They had some nice large screens as well to enjoy your sporting event of choice. Our server Ariana was awesome made our experience fun & enjoyable to say the least. The food & drinks were way better than what I was expecting & the prices were reasonable too. The $3 shot special was the highlight & we took full advantage of that which made things even funner lol. The Nachos, Wings & Club Sandwich were awesome so I'd definitely recommend those from the menu. Because we had a great time I'd definitely recommend to give them a try here as I'm sure we'll return again someday when we visit beautiful Montreal in the future.
The experience was good, the waiter was very friendly & helpful! However, the greeter, a young girl with curly hair after 11pm at the door was very rude & unprofessional & made the situation very uncomfortable for asking a simple question. Her tone was very condescending & aggressive.
Just a couple of blocks off of St.Catherine's St & at the mouth of the entrance for Complexe Desjardins mall, La Cage is the hockey-themed sports bar you've been looking for. You're greeted by nice hosts where you can choose their outdoor patio or indoor table seating, & service was well staffed & our waiter was awesome cuz he genuinely cared that we were taken care of. We enjoyed the full rack of ribs for its value but the sauce was quite weak & meat a tad dry. The mash potato & Caesar sides hit the spot, the molten lava cake that comes with lots of hazelnuts is excellent. The Caesar drink was too salty. There isn't a bad seat in the house with so many screens in every angle. Go Oilers.
Loves all the food choices they had, I'm here on a trip. The server was super kind & the food was absolutely delicious, each & every meal we got. It's a great place to sit at when trying to grab a bite in down town.
Excellent service. Menu élaboré & varié. Service rapide, ambiance agréable. Niveau de bruit acceptable qui permet de maintenir facilement une conversation dans avoir l'impression de devoir crier. Variété de bières assez large avec plusieurs niveaux d'IBU. Bell endroit le un lunch entre amis ou pour aller voir un match.
Une première expérience où j'ai malheureusement été déçu par la qualité de la nourriture. Je vous recommande de ne pas prendre le plat de'calmars sautés', car il est mal cuit & plein d'huile qui est totalement brûlé. On ne peut même pas le manger, & malgré ma réclamation, il n'y a eu aucune réaction. Merci

Nous sommes aller en groupe lors d'un match de hockey . Sans réservation, ils ont tout fait pour nous donner une place, tres apprécie . Merci pour l'excellent service du serveur ( la facture pourrai l'identifier) . Je retourne a cet endroit seulement pour lui! Il a su comment nous faire sentir a l'aise . La nourriture est bonne . On peu pas se tromper avec wings & pizza !
Ici, nous n'avons pas été surpris par le prix de l'addition mais par le service ! Service impeccable! Je dois dire que cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas eu un aussi bon service dans un restaurant, bravo à la jeune femme si seulement je pouvais me souvenir de votre nom!
Nous avons eu un super service de MR. Gauvin. Très sympathique il fait bien son travail. Vien souvent nous voir à la table. Le service étais rapide. Le manger étais super bon en plus. La cage a vraiment step up sur leur menu. C'était délicieux nos plats! Nous avons vraiment aimer notre soirée! Merci au serveur! Ça nous donne définitivement envie de revenir!
A Classic Canadian brand of sport bar near place des arts. The atmosphere is good. The food is very average & not great. I had a salmon dish but the portion was very small.
