I visited La Cage - Brasserie Sportive at Complexe Desjardins yesterday with my sister. I ordered the Blitz Burger & also had the 8 free wings from the promotion after a Montreal Canadiens win.
Unfortunately later that night I became very sick with vomiting & diarrhea that lasted into the next day. I can't say for certain what caused it, but the timing after the meal was concerning. I hope the restaurant reviews its food preparation & handling.

& honnêtement sa va être mon dernier choix de resto pour la nourriture
Calmars goûtait l'huile pas changé
Bouchées choux fleurs pas appétissant (mous) Burger tiède Frites détrempées dans huile
Le vin volcanes & deux bières excellent

Disons une mauvaise journée pour les cuisiniers de la cage samedi 4 octobre

I only post honest reviews. This sports bar is outstanding! I had a burger, my wife had a salad. The food was delicious. Possibly the best burger I've ever had. Fantastic value for money. The staff are spot on. I would like to say I would come here often, but unfortunately I live in a different continent!
Super service !! L'equipe a vraiment été au soin jusqu'au bout! Nous avons pris des minis burger de bison & des tacos de poissons c'était un régal pour les deux!!! Vraiment je recommande cette place !

Mon expérience était bien. Bon service, très bon burger végé. Mayo a l'intérieur à t'elle des oeufs? Les frites!!!!!!!! Non, c'est les pires de toutes ma vie. Svp quand vous blanchissez, faites le juste un peu, si non ça goûte les frites réchauffées. TROP cuites, trop dures & sèches... j n ai mangé juste une sur un plat à 23$... seul point négatif, qui fait quand même la moitié de l'assiette....
Ate here recently after an evening at Place des Arts. The waitress from the start seemed to be in an unpleasant mood & after the assistant server spilled one of the drinks on us, her mood didn't improve. The food, Bliss burger was great. So was the Brie & Mushroom burger - absolutely delicious. But those fries need help, bland & no taste whatsoever. Dessert was great too, the Molten chocolate cake, except the hazelnuts served all over were stale & rancid. Overall, it was a good experience. Would recommend if you need a place to eat before or after a show.
Superbe expérience nous avons manger a 4 a 22:10 le dernier service en France je pense que nous aurions été refuser . un bar sportif avec des écrans géant (baseball, MMA, boxe, automobile fia .....) un plafond orner de cross de hockey . Le repas étais très bon le plat (tous pour un ) une dinguerie trop bon je recommande . Wrap.... Excellent, burger .....super bon & les frites très bonne .merci a la team de la CAGE pour leur professionnalisme.👍🏻👏🏻😍

Toujours un bon rapport qualité-prix pour nous. Nous adorons les tartares & burgers. & l'option de remplacer les frites par la salade. Tout est frais, nous sommes fidèles.
Je suis allé un vendredi soir, même si c'était bondé, nous avons eu une place rapidement & la serveuse était très sympathique. J'ai goûté leur nouveau trio de mini burgers aux bison. Ils étaient délicieux, cependant, comme le nom le dit, ils étaient minis & ça commence à être cher 21$ pour une assiette qui vient sans frites.
The burgers are always good here & the local beer is excellent. The service has well improved since my first visit a year back. The pop corn at the door is a very unique idea. I find this branch easily accessible & one thing I really like is that it has a lot of natural light from the big windows. A lot of screens & a huge one at the back so would definitely be a good choice to watch a hockey game!
Stopped here for dinner before a concert. The atmosphere was nice, lots of large TVs & friendly staff that give you popcorn when you enter & we’re knowledgeable on their drink menu. My wife & I both happened to order 2 different beers that were no longer available & when the waitress returned she knew exactly what to recommend to us off the top of her head that was similar to what we wanted. We ordered the chips & quac as an app which was very delicious & a decent size & I had the hot honey chicken sandwich & my wife the burger & both were very tasty as well. My wife described it as the flavour of a homemade burger with the quality of a restaurant. The fries were also good, hand cut I believe & I love that they come with both ketchup & mayo. Also I love when the table comes with glasses of water & a bottle because I often need a refill. Was not over-priced compared to the quality of the food. My only noted complaint is that I really prefer a physical menu & not a QR code to scan but I know that’s a repercussion from Covid & safety procedures, but I’d love to return to an optional hard copy. Will be recommending to friends & returning.
