We arrived long before a fifa match started. There were at least 40% of the tables vacant. The hostess brought us to our seats. Despite our request when booking we were seated in the worst seats of the restaurant. I requested from a number of persons if we could change seats as on top of this all four people in front of us were wearing large sombrero style fashion hats. We were repeated refused despite the fact that better tables remained open for the entire time of the game. Do not count on any cooperation from the employees of this restaurant.
Half of out table only had the view of hats.
Food was cold.
Beer was good.
Noisy & dusty.

Unfassbar unfreundliche Bedienungen. Sich umsetzen ist nicht möglich, es wird gleich mit dem Manager gedroht.
Passanten, die auf den Monitoren die Fussball-WM schauen wollen, werden unfreundlich gebeten zurückzutreten.

Worst experience at a La Cage ever. We made reservations over a week in advance to watch the world cup game, we put notes on the reservation saying it was for the game & they put us on the worst possible spot. We arrived early for the reservation, the restaurant is empty & they refused to change our table. Horrible customer service, zero care for our experience. Would give zero stars if I could.

Very bad service. Manager is rude. We reserved for a group to watch a World Cup game, arrived early while the restaurant was empty, & we were given a bad spot where we could barely watch the match. The manager simply gave attitude as opposed to solve the problem. Restaurant was empty & we could have easily been accomodated.

Honnêtement, je trouve que les personnes à l'accueil font de la sélection. Elles décident qui peut entrer & qui ne peut pas. Pourtant, c'est un resto-bar public qui devrait être accessible à tout le monde.

The atmosphere & our server were good, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing.

My salmon was served dried, & after mentioning it, the response was that it was supposed to be that way… that wasn't the experience I expected.

What made things worse was that two heavily intoxicated customers sitting nearby were disruptive throughout the evening. They spilled drinks on the floor, repeatedly touched the waitress while trying to get more service, & created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone around them. Despite the obvious discomfort, the situation wasn't addressed.

Good service from the waitress, but dried salmon & poor management of disruptive guests mean I won't be returning.

Services en plein festival de jazz vraiment bien , super bon drink, malheureusement incapable de satisfaire les clients qui brulent au soleil malgré des pares soleil pour justement Filtrée le soleil .... Nous avons quitté pour aller ailleurs.

Assisti ao jogo do Brasil na copa 2026 e fois incrível, muitas telas, torcida animada. Comida boa!!! Ambiente agradável e grande. Fiz reserva para o jogo!
