Made a mistake on my order. Took it back scrapped off the mistake & re serves me a cold meal. I didn't accept & the they still charged me. Would only take of 20% of the single item. Very disappointed & not acceptable service. I would avoid this place

The experience felt off from the moment we arrived. We waited several minutes at the entrance without acknowledgment, & the staff member who seated us came across as visibly unhappy & unwelcoming. He initially agreed to a table, then tried to move us without explanation.
The most concerning issue was with the water service. We were given water, drank from it, & then the glasses were removed. After a long delay, we were told the original water'wasn't good.' This explanation is difficult to reconcile, particularly since the water was removed while I briefly stepped away & a minor was left alone at the table. The situation gave the impression of being rushed out rather than properly served.
To avoid creating a scene-especially given the presence of a teenager & that this was meant to be a small celebration-I chose not to escalate at the time & still left a 15% tip even though the food was really overpriced.
To his credit, the staff member later apologized for his attitude (means that his attitude did took place), which I do appreciate. However, by that point, the overall experience had already been negatively affected. It was not exactly our plan of celebration on our Saturday lunch. I only left 2 stars because my teenager loved the food.

PS in fact when average place rate 4 stars among only 323 voters the management of this place should ask themselves lot of questions.

I was having a great time, overpriced for a burger but it was good but then we had to pay & that's where the problem began. I didn't have much on me & only gave a $1 tip for a bill of $24. The server got mad at me & demanded that I give her more. She was very unprofessional & blocked my way out of the restaurant which should be illegal until I paid the tip. In total I ended up giving $5. Never coming back despite the great food.

Good burger, but fries are a bit cold, hope it will serve fresh & warm next time :)
