We went to a special event, but tried drinks & food & it was delicious! The staff is very nice & the ambiance & decor simply amazing.

Waited 15 minutes to get seated despite having a reservation. Waited an hour for some burgers & grilled cheese (no appetizers or anything special ordered). They had an "event menu" for the event at place bell, yet seemed unprepared for event crowds. I had taken my nephews here to have a burger before the hockey game & we ended up rushing to eat & being late to the game. The staff made sympathetic apologies but offered no explanation or compensation for our order being seemingly forgotten or lost. Some of the food was ok, my burger was mediocre & I was too frustrated to eat it.

Over priced & simplified menu because there's an event at place Bell. News flash , there's often an event at place Bell! Staff is friendly but expect slow service if there is an event. They built a beautiful location but didn't think of having enough staff for events? Tip : You can park inside the hotel's parking for free (up to 3 hours) ~ ask your waiter/waitress for details.

I recently dined at Belle & la Boeuf at Place Bell, & I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The food arrived quickly, which was perfect as I was there before a show. The ambiance was delightful, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy my meal. The service was outstanding & incredibly fast. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great dining experience before an event!
