Very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The meat did not taste fresh & was overcooked, & the food overall lacked flavor. For the price, I expected much better quality. The service was also poor - staff seemed uninterested & it took a long time to get help. Overall, not a good experience & I would not come back.
Nous sommes venus manger vendredi dernier pendant la game du canadien. Il y avait un peu d'attente pour les cocktails mais ambiance de fou avec vue sur le grand écran! Super belle expérience grâce au service de Rose. Je recommande!!
I'm usually a very loyal customer of La Belle & La Boeuf & have always enjoyed the other locations, which is why I was really disappointed with my experience at the Lucien-Paiement location yesterday during the hockey game.
The atmosphere was great, but the service unfortunately ruined the experience. My simple vodka soda took nearly 20 minutes while my friends had already finished their drinks, & when I politely asked about it, I was met with attitude. Our entrées also took a very long time to arrive, & they were brought without plates or utensils. We then waited even longer just to get forks & plates while the food sat getting cold.
The most disappointing part was being told there were no clean forks left in the restaurant & being handed a wooden fork to eat my meal. On top of that, I was brought the wrong salad dressing after already waiting again for extra dressing.
Overall, it felt like one mistake after another, & anytime concerns were brought up, I felt brushed off rather than helped. I love La Belle & La Boeuf's food, but unfortunately this will probably be my first & last visit to this location.
Mauvais service. Serveuse avec bcp d'attitude. A souvent oublier d'amener des choses de base comme ustensiles, de l'eau. & ils chargent pour partager des entrée presque 8$. Ridicule. Première & dernière fois ici.
Nous nous sommes rendu à 2 sans réservation au alentour de 19h car nous étions dans le coin de Laval.
Après quelques minutes d'attentes à l'entrée & le restaurant pas complet, on nous dit textuellement qu'on ne peut pas nous donner une table car un' évènement' a lieu dans 15mins. [Aucune indication au niveau du restaurant indique cela non plus]

Very disappointing. Went there for the Smash Burger but it was not available because they change the menu when there's an event at Place Bell across the street. Asked if they could make an exception as we went there for that specifically & they would not accommodate.
Musique extrêmement forte, service laissant à désirer : pose les couverts & serviettes en bout de table …. Demande si il est possible d'apportez l'addition alors que certains sont encore en train de manger bien que le restaurant soit quasiment vide …. Nourriture moins bonne qu'auparavant … vraiment dommage

The burger was rich, flavorful, & stacked without feeling messy or overwhelming. The fries were golden, crispy, & paired perfectly with their house sauce. You can tell they don't cut corners here, quality ingredients & bold flavors all the way.
The vibe of the place is just as good as the food, lively atmosphere, great music, & super friendly service that makes the whole experience even better.

Food is quite awful & overpriced. $12 for 3 tiny chicken tenders. The burger patty is dry, overcooked & under seasoned. The bun is like moist cardboard. I do not recommend.
I got the Imposter burger (not labeled on the menu in restaurant but on the website)
Best veggie burger I've had! I was surprised how much it resembles meat. The texture & taste was amazing.
The waitress was so very kind quick & attentive ♥?

Only thing as usual.. the music is too loud. I want to sit & eat with friends & family to talk & laugh not yell at each other lol
Friendly service & food was fresh. There's daily specials like 1 buck wing on Tuesday. I normally order my classic wings & its very good. Free 3 hr underground parking, my car was frozen. Plenty of parking spot available indoors but barely any outside.

Came in with a group at the restaurant & it was not very busy. Ordered drinks & it came out in a reasonable time, but after that, there was a long delay before anyone came back to take our food order. It felt like we were waiting around 30 to 45 mins just to place it, which was frustrating given how quiet it was.
When the food finally arrived, the Buffalo chicken sandwich & fries I ordered were cold. The fries were soggy, & the chicken itself was dry. I ended up only eating about half of the meal & left the rest. Unfortunately, a few others in our group also weren't very pleased with service & food quality.
The restaurant definitely has a nice atmosphere & a lot of potential, but the service delays & food quality did not meet expectations. Perhaps this was just an off night.
Le nouveau menu Milano très bonne poutine Les frites sont bonnes, fromage frais & la sauce a un goût unique ça fait toute la différence. Bonne portion & service rapide. Je recommande
Notre souper de la St-Valentin & avant un match d'hockey les Rockets. Il y avait du monde partout. Bien animé. Une foule calme. On ne va pas à ce resto pour la fine cuisine santé...nous avons voulu essayer un nouveau restaurant dans le coin. Nous avons choisi ce resto. Belle ambiance moderne. Bon service à la table. J'ai commandé un tartare au boeuf en guise d'un plat principal avec des patates frites douces & salade. Très bon. Un endroit divertissant. Pour nous, ce n'est pas un resto de la semaine ni régulier. Cela vaut le détour!
J'ai été malheureusement déçue par mon expérience.
L'endroit a une belle ambiance & le décor est très agréable, ce qui rend l'expérience prometteuse au départ.
Cependant, la viande de mon burger avait un goût désagréable & semblait réchauffée. Elle était dure & très grillée, alors que je n'avais pas commandé un smash burger.
Les frites étaient froides & molles, ce qui a ajouté à ma déception.
C'est dommage, car avec une si belle ambiance, on s'attend à une qualité de nourriture à la hauteur.
