Came in with a group at the restaurant & it was not very busy. Ordered drinks & it came out in a reasonable time, but after that, there was a long delay before anyone came back to take our food order. It felt like we were waiting around 30 to 45 mins just to place it, which was frustrating given how quiet it was.

When the food finally arrived, the Buffalo chicken sandwich & fries I ordered were cold. The fries were soggy, & the chicken itself was dry. I ended up only eating about half of the meal & left the rest. Unfortunately, a few others in our group also weren't very pleased with service & food quality.

The restaurant definitely has a nice atmosphere & a lot of potential, but the service delays & food quality did not meet expectations. Perhaps this was just an off night.

We went to a special event, but tried drinks & food & it was delicious! The staff is very nice & the ambiance & decor simply amazing.

Burger was dry. They didnt have any drinks from the menu. The told me it was 25 mins to get a drink. The burger had no sauce. Very dissappointed for the price & for being a place after a show. Would not suggest going after a show due to the poor selection & taste.

I enjoyed my night but I did find the music to so loud at times that I couldn't have conversation with the group I was with. Waiter was good but the bartender was slow & it wasn't busy. Our waiter looked annoyed, waiting for our drinks. I mean, we got our appetizer. We finished it & then we got our drinks with our meal. The burger was good but not worth the price. The burger wasn't juicy. I expect almost perfection for those prices. I do understand that it is fairly new location & Cook are still being trained. So I will give it another chance.

Rarement je mets 4 étoiles mais tout peu s'améliorer... je suis un très grand connaisseur des belle & la boeuf pour même y avoir travaillé & en avoir fait la création de quelques-uns à travers le monde , celui que je nais pas participé je remarque que les dessins les couleurs que ca sois au mur au plafond ou même au plancher j'adore superbe je l'avoue :) superbe bon drink comme à chaque fois 👌 & les pogo en entrée avec la petite sauce tjrs un régal . Point négatif de ma première expérience à celui-ci Hamburger vrm pas bien cuits & sec & pas pareille comme d'habitude manque de sauce & de saveur . Service correct pour un vendredi pas trop achalandé...le personnel a besoin de savoir où sont leur section leur table & repas ca courrait avec des assiettes de la cuisine à salle à manger à la cuisine à la salle à mangé à chercher à qui va le repas c'était rendu que c'était moi qui disais au runner ou le repas allais... ensuite il faut des ustensiles à notre disposition avant de recevoir enfin le repas temps attendu pas attendre & me lever pour les avoir.... Ensuite les hotshots faut qu'il soit chaud ... pas froid & qui traîne pas sur le coin du bar pendant 20min ... Mais bon c'est pas mal cela à date pour mon expérience ya tjrs possibilité à améliorer je vais y réfléchir si je reviens .... Notions à notre serveur merci ta compréhension ta bien fait ça la nervosité peu nuire mais lâche pas 😉

Je viens de découvrir le deuxième emplacement de La Belle & La Boeuf à Laval, au Espace Montmorency, & c'est absolument génial ! L'ambiance est fun & vibrante, avec de la bonne musique & une atmosphère moderne & accueillante. Les burgers sont toujours aussi délicieux!. Si vous êtes à Laval, cet endroit est un incontournable pour de la bonne bouffe, de super drinks, & une belle ambiance
