Première dégustation de ramen pour ma part, elle fut globalement appréciable.
J'ai testé la formule avec les gyozas qui étaient très gourmands avec leur super sauce. Puis le ramen, quel plat étrange mais bon plat, des saveurs que je ne connaissais pas, ça m'a bien calé alors que je mange pour 4 normalement.
Le ramen s'est peut être pas mon dada mais j'ai bien kiffé l'expérience.
Petit point négatif mon ami a englouti un cheesecake quelque peu douteux mais mon ami aussi est douteux, donc je ne sais pas quoi en penser.

I had a great experience at KINTON RAMEN Côte-des-Neiges. I ordered the Beef Donburi & Veggie Gyoza, & both were excellent. The beef was flavorful & well-seasoned, & the gyoza were fresh, perfectly cooked, & very satisfying. A special mention to our server, Calum, who was really helpful & had a great sense of humor. He made the experience even more enjoyable with his friendly & positive attitude. I really love this restaurant - the quality & taste are always consistent. I'll definitely be ordering again soon! Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Nous avons pris les ramens sesame doré, très bon bouillon, réconfortant & savoureux. Gyoza sans plus (baignés dans de la sauce)
Kaarage épicé excellent (épicé sans être trop relevé)
Service rapide & accueillant malgré notre arrivée tardive & la fermeture imminente.
Came here for dinner, very flavourful Gyoza & me & my friends loved the Tokyo Fries. Suitable for all ages & groups. The workers were very charismatic & nice.
Nous avons testé les différents ramens shoyu (boeuf, porc, poulet) ainsi que les entrées : gyoza au porc, poulet karage.
Les deux entrées sont bonnes, mais sans plus, le poulet karage était un peu trop sec à notre goût & les gyozas venaient avec une sauce déjà mise dessus qui n'est pas vraiment ce que l'on tend à retrouver sur ces plats.
Le bouillon des ramens était bon, un peu gras, mais réconfortant. Je n'ai pas trouvé qu'il y a avait trop peu de viande, les morceaux étaient quand même conséquents. Les pousses des bambous & les champignons rajoutaient une belle texture & le gingembre mariné était très bon avec l'ensemble. Somme toute, ce n'est pas un mauvais ramen, mais ne vous attendez pas à une cuisine ou un goût raffiné.
Service, le serveur était gentil mais nous avons pris des combos bière, malgré nos demandes répétées & nos signes, nous ne les avons pas reçues jusqu'à ce que nous ayons quasiment terminé nos ramens, & encore là, ils n'ont apporté que 2 bières sur 3, & il à fallu se lever pour aller demander la troisième. Dans un restaurant bondé, je peux comprendre que ces choses là arrivent, mais nous étions une soirée calme & il y avait seulement 3 où 4 autres tables occupées… Assez décevant.
First Timer. Was walking by & decided to grab a bowl. No dedicated parking I think. Service was ok, wasn't perfect wasn't bad too. We took the chicken original & I personally had the spicy garlic pork & veg gyoza. The spicy garlic pork was very good. Super flavourful & a little spicy kick to it. Was told the chicken original also was good but the chicken itself didn't taste anything (see pic) I would recommend the spicy garlic pork though 👌
I recently tried the ramen at Kington Ramen Cote des Neiges & it was delicous ! The broth was rich & flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, & the toppings were fresh & delicious. Definitely some of the best ramen I've had! My recommendations :Beef original, Pork Miso & Pork Gyoza

Cada vez que vengo a Canadá por trabajo vengo a este sitio. El servicio es excepcional, los dos camareros que me atendieron siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y el ramen espectacular. Se ve que el cocinero debe ser de Taiwán o Japón porque no tiene nada que envidiar al que he comido en estos dos países. Ramen, gyozas, Shake y cheesecake de matcha por menos de 30€. Si tengo que poner una pega, el cheescake era un poco pequeno, pero lo compensaba con el sabor.
