KINTON RAMEN opened its first location in May 2012, debuting as Toronto’s first authentic Japanese ramen bar. With a dedicated focus on ramen, executive chef Aki Urata is uncompromising in his pursuit to serve the best quality noodles and broth. Our experienced ramen chefs prepare each and every topping, using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. At KINTON RAMEN we invite you to experience our variety of exceptional ramen bowls, right down to the last drop.
Reviews describe Kinton Ramen as consistently delicious with rich broths, perfectly chewy noodles, and generous portions, with highlights including spicy garlic beef ramen, beef donburi, and pork shoyu. Gyoza and karaage appear frequently as well executed, flavorful sides that complement a comforting, well balanced ramen menu. The atmosphere ranges from cozy and calm to lively, and the staff are repeatedly noted as friendly, attentive, and quick, with takeaway and dine-in options described as fast and convenient and prices viewed as good value. While service is generally praised, a few notes mention slower pacing during peak times or busy days, but the overall sentiment emphasizes a reliable, high quality experience that makes it a favored spot for casual meals with friends or family. In sum, Kinton Ramen is seen as a dependable go-to for satisfying, comforting ramen in a welcoming setting.
I had a great experience at KINTON RAMEN Côte-des-Neiges. I ordered the Beef Donburi & Veggie Gyoza, & both were excellent. The beef was flavorful & well-seasoned, & the gyoza were fresh, perfectly cooked, & very satisfying. A special mention to our server, Calum, who was really helpful & had a great sense of humor. He made the experience even more enjoyable with his friendly & positive attitude. I really love this restaurant - the quality & taste are always consistent. I'll definitely be ordering again soon! Highly recommended if you're in the area.
Amazing food, service & ambience. I ordered two chicken karaage. It tasted so good. I Actually want more. I tried their spicy garlic beef ramen & more again. I'll definitely go back again.

Delicious, rich broth & perfectly chewy noodles easily some of the best ramen I've had. The beef was tender, the egg perfectly jammy, & the flavors were spot-on. Cozy vibe, friendly staff, & fast service. Can't wait to come back!
The ramen here changed my life. 100% recommend. If you're in the area it's a MUST GO. The Tokyo fries incredible, the beef exquisite, the broth pristine, & the eggs immaculate.
The food was great! I really loved the Beef Shoyu Ramen, the fries & the chicken kaarag The service was very fast & courteous as well. The servers Noelle & Paul were very friendly 🙂
We tried their original pork & original beef ramen. Very nice & wonderful attitude of the staff.
I find it thoughtful that they have toothpicks & mouthwash in the washroom for their customers.

Kinton has a special going on now. basic chicken or beef, an entre of fries & a soft drink. good overall value but basic ramen, you will want to add some things.
Classic Kinton, always consistent, noodles are good but the bowl could use more broth.
My boyfriend & I visited Kinton Ramen during a day out in downtown Montreal, & it was a great experience from start to finish. We were welcomed & seated promptly, & the staff was friendly & professional throughout our visit. We chose the "Meal for 2" option, which came with two ramen bowls, two soft drinks, & an appetizer. The fries we picked were amazing-crispy, perfectly salted, & fresh. I ordered the chicken ramen with thin noodles, which was delicious. Everything tasted fresh, & even the mushrooms (which I usually skip) were enjoyable. The broth was flavorful & suited my taste, although some might prefer it a bit saltier. My boyfriend had the beef ramen (with a small supplement as mentioned on the menu) & loved it. The portions were generous, & although I took a picture after we started eating, it doesn't fully capture how well-presented the dishes were. I don't typically comment on restaurant bathrooms, but Kinton Ramen's were spotless & modern, with a nice touch-a mouthwash station for customers. My boyfriend also appreciated the men's facilities. We had a great time & will definitely return. Highly recommend it!
The food is good but I ordered take out & waited 40 minutes to receive my order of 2 beef ramen. Told me it needed to season but saw 3 people take their order. It wasn't busy.

I recently tried the ramen at Kington Ramen Cote des Neiges & it was delicous ! The broth was rich & flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, & the toppings were fresh & delicious. Definitely some of the best ramen I've had! My recommendations :Beef original, Pork Miso & Pork Gyoza
Spicy beef garlic ramen had laughable portion of beef & undercooked noodles, for over $25 with tax its not worth it. 3 stars because seasoned egg & broth were tasty.
The food is ok I guess, but the value & pricing is horrible. It's almost insulting. There are better places for flavour & better portions for price. Unless you enjoy paying 12.99 for 3/4 cup of rice & 2 tablespoons of beef... If so, this place might be for you
