The staff : Pierre, Jenna, & the lovely Emily were absolutely wonderful. Warm, attentive, kind, & genuinely caring. & the food… exceptional. Every bite felt like a warm hug for the soul.
The latkes were unforgettable. They had that old-fashioned, comforting quality while somehow also being elevated , perfectly crisp, delicate, & absolutely melt-in-your-mouth. I honestly will never forget them, & I already know I'll be coming back for them every time I return!
We had several other dishes that were absolutely out of this world, but what made this visit even more meaningful was that it was my mom's birthday. I mentioned it to the staff, & they went out of their way to make her feel special. They made sure she had a comfortable seat, gave her so much thoughtful attention, & wished her a happy birthday in the most perfect way, warmly enough to make her feel celebrated, but quietly enough that she never felt embarrassed.
The food was absolutely amazing! We truly had an amazing, delicious, & unforgettable time.

Amazing dinner at Kif Kif!! Loved the warm atmosphere, the creative cocktails, & the attentive service, but the tasty food stole the show. Elevated takes on Middle Eastern dishes you know - like eggplant dip or hummus paired with the puffiest pita I've ever seen - coupled with imaginative new dishes like fresh cod in labneh sauce (what?!?). A revelation! If you're looking for fabulous food & drink in a fun setting, don't miss Kif Kif!
Upscale middle eastern restaurant that deserves praise for perfectly conceived & executed dishes. The food is authentic & delicious. The menu is geared towards sharing. Hospitable service. A must visit when in Montreal.
Simply delicious! Dishes are outstanding. Perfectly balanced flavours. Muhammara is the tastiest I've ever had. Pita bread is freshly baked, warm & puffy.

Awesome experience from start to finish! Best muhamara I've had in MTL. Service was delightful. Our server Jigar helped us pick a few more dishes & recommended a bottle of Verminto from Corsica to go with the first round of plates. It was fantastic. After that he had us taste a red by the glass to go with meat course. By this point we trusted him completely so while I can't tell you what the red was, I can tell you we order two! Espresso martini to end the night, we'll be back asap!
Atmosphere was great, cool dishes, finally I have to say for a place that has such a good vibe & decor the prices are amazing on drinks & food! Will be going back!
I had a great dinner at Kif Kif last night. The food was flavourful, fresh, & delicious. The service was excellent, & I enjoyed the space. We ordered a bunch of items, but the highlights were the hot, perfectly charred pita bread & the super creamy hummus. Falafel was crunchy, & tasty too. I'd like to go back & try more dishes. I'm leaving this review after my second time at Kif Kif & I promise I will be back. The food is exceptional. We were 4, ordered 8 dishes to split & a cocktail each. Everything was delicious! The hummus was creamy & perfectly seasoned, the muhammara (walnut pepper dip) naturally & wonderfully sweet, the falafel rich in flavour yet not too oily, the schnitzel perfectly cooked & just the right kind of crispy... The vibe of the restaurant is intimate & slightly chic without being overly over the top fancy. Just the right kind of place for a night out with friends, or a loved one. I'll definitely be back to re-order everything & try the rest of the menu.
Oh, & the pitas! O.M.G. Freshly baked in their stove oven, stretchy, aromatic, just incredible. Order an extra one, you won't regret it.
The food isn't cheap but it's worth it. You can taste quality in each & every dish. Also, you can find some parking on a street right behind the restaurant. I'm glad it's not in the Plateau - parking & accessibility is so much easier!
I had an amazing experience at KifKif. The service was very good, with all the staff attentive & making sure we enjoyed the experience. The place itself is beautiful, a nice atmosphere with cool Israeli pictures. The food itself was delicious, amazing hummus, fluffy warm pita & the salmon skewer was delicious! The only thing is the portions are pretty small for the price, so you need a lot of dishes. The halloumi also was a little rubbery.

Go for the pita & hummus, stay for the babka! From the moment we walked in, the hostess, Nadine, treated us like kings & queens. The vibe is cool, the food & service were great, drinks were flowing, & the babka is a must! Try & share all the dishes for the perfect middle eastern dining experience. We went for my birthday celebration, & they truly stepped up their game to make it special for me. Kif Kif is a MUST! Go today, thank me tomorrow!
