A must-visit if you've never been! It's the perfect spot for groups to share flavorful dishes at an affordable price.View more
Amazing food & service. The shangai style noodles were outstanding, i also loved the pork dimsun & the wonton. Everything else was also amazing, the prices are good for the rations, the service was so fast, clean place & very welcoming. would definitely recommend if you are visiting chinatown!!View more
I heard lot of good things from this place but unfortunately the average price are around 25$ & the rice is freaking 10$. This is not worth it. Me & my partner took 2 dishes & 2 rice bowl which ended up being 78$. The price isn't but the quantity is. So much better spot than this! the food was not even goodView more
We ordered fried oysters & they were huge & fried to perfection with the Hong Kong style batter, light & crunchy, very delicious. We also had the stuffed shrimp paste 3 ways with tofu, eggplant & peppers in a black bean sauce. The portion of these dishes were quite substantial & we couldn't finish either. The prices were very reasonable given the quality & serving size. We will definitely be back again when we're in the area. Great experience.View more
I shared Combo H with my friend, & if you don't eat that much, the portion is big enough to feed three people. I personally enjoyed the peanut butter dumplings a lot. The chicken fried rice & stir-fried vegetables were good as well, but the rest of the dishes were just okay. The batter on the General Tao chicken was too thick, & the shrimp had almost no flavor. The wonton soup tasted like it was on the level of frozen food. Overall, considering the price, it's a good spot for saving some moneyView more
Quality Chinese (Cantonese style) food at reasonable prices. The best Chinese food I have had in Montreal's China town. Try the Won Ton soup & Yang-Chow fried rice.View more
The prices & the fast service are the strongest points of this restaurant, but also the food that is very fresh & the portions are very generous. A good location for a lunch/dinner in chinatown saving money. Toilets could be more clean & the tip is compulsory (at least 12%). Service polite & fast.View more
The food was flavorful, but the service was not very good. Four dishes + One large bowl of rice were enough for five people. The prices were decent, averaging around 23$ per person.View more
Really authentic Cantonese style Chinese! A local Chinese who works as a tour guide recommended place to us. Mostly Asian guests in restaurant. We enjoyed food so much we ate dinner here 2 nights in a row. No frills, basic decor, you're here for the great food at reasonable prices. Salt & Pepper crispy pork chop. Sizzling Beef rolled around Enoki Mushroom. Jellyfish as a cold appetizer. Scallops with Choi Sum. Grouper with pork & tofu (fish does have bones) House bone broth was complimentary. You need to go upstairs to reach this restaurant. After 6pm the place was full & people were waiting. We arrived at 530, no wait. Hard to find parking in Chinatown. Our hotel was in Downtown Montreal. We used Uber about $12 CAD one way. Car can't pull up to restaurant (pedestrian walkway). Restaurant is only 2 minutes walk from where Uber dropped us off. Restaurant on right, don't forget it's the one upstairs.View more
Good option for good & cheap food, there are a lot of combos for 2 or more people to choose from, good if you want to try multiple dishes. Price is around 40 before taxes for a combo for 2. Not the best I had in the area but a nice place nonetheless.View more
The perfect "cheap" dumpling for the price. They are not the best, but they are one of the cheapest quick bites that you can go for in China town that's not just a simply pastry. I would recommend for a quick takeout. The sit-down part itself is fine, but I think there are still better places around depending on what you're looking for. The staff was fine but also not overly friendly, but it's fine.View more
This is my favourite place in Chinatown. Food is great, prices are fantastic. It's always full. Staff are very friendly, & unlike other places, they discourage you from ordering too many plates. (Which I appreciate as my eyes are definitely bigger than my stomach)View more
Classic Chinese dishes served at fair prices. This is not five star dining, nor does it try to be. Just solid decent food. You're getting what you pay for. If you're expecting overly attentive service, or fancy plating, or an uncrowded restaurant, you might want go somewhere else.View more
The restaurant is upstairs, open til late Good selection of Chinese foods. NO DUMPLING don't ask them haha We asked them if they have the dumpling & the guy yelled back this is chinese restaurant, order something else. So we were forced to read the menu BOOK. Pages at late night Anyway, Food: great Price: $20-30 Service: rooms for improvement Atmosphere: classic local ChineseView more
An hidden gem. The food is good, & the service goes above & beyond. Wish I had discovered this place sooner. An excellent place to go with friends & share a meal at reasonable prices.View more
This place is open late & the food is delicious & prices are very reasonable. If youre in a big group sharing dishes it's the best. The service is fast but at times a bit ... let's say, cold. It's often packed & quite loud, & the lights are bright white, not comfy. If you're looking for atmosphere, this is not the place, but for great late night eats, mmmmm yesss!View more
This is one of those restaurants that is a while in the wall. Good food for cheap price. Get the fat noodles, the special fried rice, snow pea veggies & sweet & sour pork. Always freshly madeView more
Real Cantonese food served here. Prices are reasonable.View more
Good & fresh tasting food! Good portions for the price:) I recommend the crab claws stuffed with shrimp & the fish in crab sauce !View more
I walked in to order food here for takeout with my wife & son & once we finished ordering our total was $50 the lady at the front tried to charge me $120 & once the payment machine was given to me she had already skipped to the tip menu so I do not see the price being charged & she wanted a tip! Way to scam people if I hadn't ask to see the price being charged she would have scammed me! Not nice & I am a tourist from Toronto by the way.
