vraiment déçu de mon expérience avec vous
Je suis venu pour souper d'occasion d' un anniversaire , j'ai payé ma facture & j'ai mis 8% en pourboire. Que je regrette j aurai du mettre 0.

La serveuse est venue me demander pourquoi je n'avais mis que 8% il y avait un problème. j'ai dit non car je ne voulais pas cassé l'ambiance le jour de l'anniversaire,

Tout de suite après le gérant est venu en courant aussi que je qualifierai de culotter , assoiffé & surtout non professional , me disant qu'il faut mettre 15% de tips c'est obligatoire & on me le répètent deux fois sa ma tellement choqué son comportants que je suis resté bouche bée.

Je ne voulais pas rentrer dans le débat avec lui pour ne pas casser l'ambiance encore une fois.

Monsieur le propriétaire, je vous informe que les pourboires n'ont jamais été obligatoire au Québec comme tu la annoncer , mais il sont apprécié heureusement que le ministère des droits des consommateurs excise pour confirmer mes propos.


donc le problème c'est que le service que j'ai eu été très médiocre, je me suis installé tout seul , j'ai deviné qu'il faut scanner le QR code pour avoir le menu , aucune explication reçu. absence de serveur dans la salle 20min pour en voir un , afin de pouvoir demander du sel, on m'a servi 3 diffèrent serveurs Avec zéro sourire absence total du costume service , le poulet grillé pas bon avec un arrière goût, & sans oublier que j'ai reçu la facture en main nue sans classeur , même le couple installé à côté de nous on eu le meme avis sur l'absence du service client dans votre restaurant.
