Best donkatsu I had so far in Montréal. Not only the taste but also the amount they give you. The only issue is that the entrance of the restaurant is dusky like it looks closed even if it's open.

This place brings back memories of Saboten Japanese Restaurant from China ten years ago. The ingredients are fresh & delicious, & the portions are very generous. The service is also very attentive & useful . The only downside is that the sauce is a bit on the light side. It costs around $6 for an additional serving. The salad is free.
Wow what a steal! Delicious generous portions & super affordable. I didn't think it was heavy at all. Before going there I thought it would be super loud but no, the ambiance is really chill. I loved that place👍👍👍I'll be back before you can say blueberry pie
Really great spot, few steps away from the metro & super downtown location. Tried the snow cheese ball & they were so good, the takoyaki are breaded in their homemade panko so they're crispy & also super tasty. There are so many different options for the katsudon, personally loved the cheese one but all of them seemed worth of trying. Great service from the staff & really good price too, will come back to try more of it.

Food was either good or delicious depending on which meal you chose. I loved the terri mayo katsu! It's worth noting that the portions are big. However, there was a lack of service; the waitress barely said a word to us. The music was quite loud too.
Un excellent service, rien à redire, par contre si vous n'êtes pas fan de panure & de gras je ne conseille pas. Très lourd pour l'estomac, mais leur tonkatsu est assez bon! J'ai adorer celui au Curry!! Je recommande leur frite aussi, vraiment excellente!! Pour l'ambiance, par contre, je trouve trop bruyant, dure de s'entendre!
Good quality price ratio. However, nothing really stands out. The taste is very basic & bland. A bit more salt would have made the pork even better. The Katsu were all very crispy & tender. Overall, good food but could & have had better.
Dined here twice, service could have been better. 1st time, waited to be seated. Got tired of waiting, seated ourselves. Later saw other people got seated by the waitress right away. Food was great though. 2nd time, Seated ourselves because I learnt from the first time. Waitress served 2 groups who came after us instead of us right away. We ended up waiting again. Food was still good. Great food, subpar service.
