A Flavor-Packed Experience at Karahi Point Montreal - A Must-Visit Spot!
I recently visited Karahi Point Montreal, & I'm still thinking about the food - it was that good. If you're looking for authentic Pakistani cuisine with bold flavours & comforting vibes, this place absolutely delivers.
We kicked things off with their Lahore fish & Chicken Pakora followed with their Garlic & Roghni naan's , which came out hot, fluffy, & full of that irresistible aroma - the perfect start. It paired beautifully with their Chicken Karahi, which was rich, spicy, & cooked to perfection. You can tell it's made fresh in the traditional wok style - the flavors were deep & layered, just the way a real karahi should be.
But what really impressed me was their Tawa Qeema & their BBQ - especially the chicken malai hoti & seekh kebabs. Smoky, juicy, & packed with spices, every bite was a treat. The BBQ platter is a must if you're into that chargrilled, straight-off-the-grill flavor.
To finish things off, we tried their Mali Kulfi, which was creamy, dense, & full of that classic cardamom-nutty sweetness. & of course, no meal there is complete without their Karak Chai - rich, strong, & perfectly spiced. It was the ideal end to a fantastic meal.
The service was warm & attentive, & the atmosphere felt cozy & inviting. Whether you're craving homestyle karahi or just want to chill with friends over some great chai & BBQ, Karahi Point Montreal is a spot you'll want to come back to.
Well.... This was unexpected. I knew it was going to be good, but not this good!! I had the Reshmi Handi with rice & Naan & it was exquisite. An off topic comment was made that it was my birthday & they heard & gave us some delicious ice cream.
The service at this place is next to none & the food is delicious.
I recommend this restaurant to anyone. Oh & there is ample parking.
Update 1.5 years later: Everything said above but even better.

EDIT: Went for their Iftaar buffet. Each & every dish was super tasty & fresh. Highly recommended iftar buffet for ramadan 🌙👌🏻 Best part was they had unlimited chai included in the buffet ☕?
Good ambience . Karahi was authentic pakistani karahi! Love it . Perfect spices. Tikka biryani was good too, not very spicy though. Gulab jamun were fresh 😁 staff was cooperative & Ranjeet was very sweet specifically . Definitely recommended!
Garlic Naan were very fluffy yet tasty! 🫓
We went to Karahi Point for the second time, & once again, it didn't disappoint! The first time, we tried their Seekh kebab & BBQ, but knowing how rich & authentic their Pakistani flavors are, we had to come back & explore more of the menu. This time, we ordered Charsi Karahi White Handi Beef Bihari kebab Seekh kebab Nihari Chicken Boneless Tikka Chicken Tikka with Butter Naan The portions were generous,& everything arrived fresh & piping hot. The chicken was tender & juicy, with just the right balance of spices not too oily or overpowering. Every dish was bursting with authentic Pakistani flavours. The service was great too! The staff kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, & Brother Aslam, the owner, was incredibly welcoming. Overall, we had an amazing experience & are so glad we don't have to travel all the way to Mississauga for quality desi food. If you're in Montreal & craving authentic Pakistani flavors, Karahi Point is the place to go!
I recently ordered takeout from Karachi Point, & it truly brought me back to the flavors of my homeland. The Chicken Biryani was fragrant & perfectly spiced, while the Lamb Biryani was rich & tender. The Qeema Biryani was a delicious twist on the classic. The Chicken Karahi Boneless (Half), recommended by the manager, was a standout-rich, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. The Garlic Naan was soft & fresh, & the Butter Chicken was creamy with just the right balance of sweetness & spice. Everything was packed well & arrived hot. The staff & manager at Karachi Point were incredibly kind & professional. The manager went out of their way to recommend dishes, & they didn't disappoint. Their attention to detail & excellent service made the experience even better, even for takeout. You can tell they truly care about their food & customers! A special thanks to Miss jeet for her outstanding service & warm hospitality. Her kindness & attention to detail truly made the experience exceptional

**Karahi Point - A Culinary Gem for Authentic Pakistani Flavors** Great service by Deeba jan Karahi Point is an absolute treasure for anyone seeking a true taste of Pakistan. From the moment you walk through the door, it's clear that this is more than just a restaurant-it's an experience steeped in tradition, flavor, & warmth. ### Ambiance While the decor is straightforward & unpretentious, the atmosphere feels homey & welcoming. The focus here isn't on extravagant interiors but rather on creating an inviting environment where food takes precedence. The simplicity of the setting allows diners to immerse themselves in the rich aromas & sizzling sounds of fresh karahis being prepared in the kitchen. ### Food This is where Karahi Point truly shines. The food is nothing short of spectacular, with a focus on traditional, fresh-made *karahi* dishes that are bursting with flavor. Their Chicken Karahi & Goat Karahi are showstoppers-tender, juicy meat cooked in a rich, perfectly spiced gravy that delivers the true essence of Pakistani cuisine. The spices are bold yet balanced, allowing the natural flavors of the meat to shine through without overpowering the palate. Aside from the signature *karahi*, the rest of the menu is equally impressive. The *biryani* is fragrant & packed with flavor, the *seekh kebabs* are melt-in-your-mouth delicious, & the freshly baked *naan* is the perfect accompaniment to soak up every last drop of the delectable gravies. Each dish is a harmonious blend of spices & textures, transporting you to the bustling streets of Pakistan with every bite. ### Service The staff at Karahi Point are friendly & attentive, always eager to offer recommendations or explain the menu to those unfamiliar with Pakistani cuisine. Despite the busy atmosphere, they maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring that each guest feels valued. The wait only heightens your anticipation for the incredible meal ahead. ### Value For the quality & portion sizes, Karahi Point offers exceptional value. The dishes are large enough to share, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings or group dinners. Every meal feels like a feast, with prices that are more than reasonable for the authenticity & care put into each dish. ### Conclusion Karahi Point is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates authentic, flavorful Pakistani cuisine. It excels in delivering the kind of food that feels homemade but elevated to restaurant quality. Whether you're a long-time fan of Pakistani food or trying it for the first time, Karahi Point is sure to impress. Highly recommended for an unforgettable dining experience!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant & it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance & friendly staff made us feel right at home. The menu offers a rich variety of traditional Pakistani dishes, each bursting with authentic flavors. We started with the sizzling seekh kebabs, which were perfectly spiced & grilled to perfection. For the main course, the chicken biryani was a standout fragrant, flavorful, & cooked just right. The lamb karahi was tender & had the perfect balance of spices & don't get me started on the naan; soft, fluffy, & just the right amount of buttery goodness! The service was top-notch; the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, & eager to make our experience memorable. The portions were generous, & everything was reasonably priced, offering great value for such high-quality food. Whether you're a fan of Pakistani cuisine or trying it for the first time, Karahi point is a must-visit. This place truly captures the essence of Pakistani hospitality & flavors. Can't wait to return & try more dishes from their incredible menu!
Ordered takeout ; the food was incredibly blend, the butter chicken sauce was almost water like consistency. The price was very expensive for the amount of food given, not something I would usually complain about. The Nihan beef was ok, but we had 3 small pieces, the savior of the meal was the daal which was good. The naan was very very elastic.

The staff & atmosphere was great. The food was good dont get me wrong but you got daal tadka completely wrong, it was overly watery when Tadka Daal is not meant to be THAT watery at all. Orherwise we had no complaints, We ordered; 1x palak gosht (was good) 1x half karahi chicken (was amazing) 1x daal tadka (very watery & did not taste of anything, sorry but was very poor) 1x garlic naan (great) 1x vege biryani (flavoursome but needed to be hot) Total was roughly $90 ish dollars Overall a gOod late lunch for us, but the daal needs to improve as its the basic of basic dishes that failed me big time!!
I recently dined at Karahi point, & it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance is warm & inviting, perfect for a cozy dinner or a special occasion. The service was attentive & friendly, making us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. Now, onto the food-absolutely incredible! The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, & everything we ordered was bursting with authentic Indian flavors. The Chicken karahi, Chicken Tikka Masala was rich & perfectly spiced, with tender pieces of chicken that melted in your mouth. The Nihari was equally impressive, with a depth of flavor that really showcased the quality of ingredients used. The naan bread was fresh & soft, & the rice was fragrant, pairing perfectly with the curries. We also tried the Faloda Kulfi & Gulab Jamun, & it did not disappoint. Each dish was beautifully presented & portioned generously. Overall, Karahi point offers an outstanding dining experience with authentic Indian cuisine that will leave you wanting to come back for more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious & satisfying meal.
The chicken karahi is a must try, their specialty, we also had the lamb biryani which was amazing. We couldn't overlook trying the butter chicken with a naan. The spices were amazing & the waitress was very helpful with any questions we had.
Excellent food, authentic taste , served piping hot everything freshly prepared. Staff polite & efficient. Food was brought within appropriate waiting times. Naans crisp & fresh. Would come again & recommend to all friends & family visiting Montreal. Five star restaurant.

Visiting from New York. Their signature chicken karahi with naan & malai kulfi made the trip entirely worth. Would definitely visit again. Excellent service, & the staff is amazing!
The fried basa fish was great, the naan was delicious, the complimentary salad was barely enough for 2 & we were 4, the lamb karahi was OK as it did not meet the expectations in terms of flavour, the daal makni was liquidy & veggie beryani was a bit dry. Mang Lassi was warm :(. Overall it was ok but we had high expectations! They can always make it better. Hopefully next time it will be great.
While traveling, sometimes you feel like eating familiar tasting comfort food that reminds you of home. Karahi Point offered just what we needed. We ordered Masala chai, which was delicious. Butter chicken, chicken karahi, Malai kebab, & naan all were very tasty. The service was excellent, & the ambiance was amazing. I will highly recommend this restaurant.
It was an amazing experience with the Karahi & the naan. Was really hungry when I came in & they had amazing costumer service, on top that I felt like I was on top of the whole after eating that Karahi with the soft amazing naan. The karahi sent me back to when I was in Pakistan. It was one of the best ones I have had so far. love it ~ Samaira 🤍
