⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐? Amazing Pakistani Restaurant - A True Taste of Home! 🇵🇰🔥
We tried the combo platter, which included:
🥘 Half Chicken Karahi
🥖 2 Fresh Naans
🍢 3 Chicken Kebabs
🍮 2 Gulab Jamun
We also ordered the Chicken Dum Biryani separately.
First, let me say - the combo is absolutely worth it! 💯 The chicken karahi is their signature dish & it truly stands out. The flavors were rich, bold, & perfectly balanced with that authentic desi spice level. You can tell it's cooked properly in traditional style. Definitely a must-try if you visit! 🔥👌
The chicken kebabs were juicy & flavorful, & the naan was fresh & soft - perfect for scooping up that karahi gravy 🤤
The gulab jamun was another highlight - super soft, warm, & soaked perfectly in syrup. 🍮✨
Now, about the Chicken Dum Biryani - unfortunately, it was served cold & the taste didn't quite match the authenticity of the other dishes. It wasn't bad, but compared to the karahi, it didn't stand out.
?
Overall, this place genuinely impressed me. ❤?
Ever since my trip to Pakistan 🇵🇰, I've been searching for food that truly captures those real, traditional flavors - & I finally found it here. This restaurant honestly brought back memories of Pakistan. The taste feels authentic & made with care.
The owners & staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, & attentive. Their hospitality adds so much to the experience. You can feel that they genuinely care about their customers. 🙌✨
The Goat Karahi (if you try it!) is outstanding - perfectly cooked, full of deep flavor, & truly authentic. As someone who has high standards for desi food (especially coming from New York standards 😄), this place absolutely delivers on taste & quality.
If you're visiting Montreal & craving real Pakistani food done right, I highly recommend Karahi Point to anyone & everyone. 🍽?🔥
Sat Jan 17th 2026 we four of us adult visited this restaurant for our dinner. Lots of parking available & enough space inside restaurant. Segment of restaurant that was garage modified area where we had our table, was a bit cooler. Perhaps not proper insulation done while modification was carried out, so we were feeling a bit cold so we put our jackets on again.
Our table order was taken by Jaspeer who was giving us good suggestion while selecting dishes.
For appetizer we got chicken pakora & chicken bbq & they were reasonable. Chicken tikka biryani was reasonable but noted that it was brought in a small flat steel dish that was difficult to take from without getting rice falling on the table. Chicken karhai was warm & nice. Nihari was mediocre but hot. Nihari must be provided with some garnishing but they did not provide Any. We had to ask green chilli. Nan were sub standard.
Sometime we go to desi restaurant only with attraction of clay nan.
Overall food were served hot & medium taste. No one came to our table while starting our food or in the middle to ask if all was ok or if we needed something in addition. At the end Jaspeer might think we were a bit uncomfortable so she asked if anything we did not like, she would not charge but I told her, no all were ok.
When we were almost done, a lady came to ask if food was ok (we were wondering if she listened our conversation)
Finally when giving bill, found out they didn't ask for tip or they didn't charge any.
Suggestion: if they want to improve business. Please add some more attendant & train them to show some courtesy to improve customer experience.
Give warm feeling an if they have cooling efficiency issue, many solutions possible.
Also pay attention to some points above. Your foods are average but most desi restaurant has average as well. But service sometime makes big difference .
Charge tip in return of good warm courteous service.
Thanks

Went there for a date night yesterday with my partner. Service was friendly, fast & efficient. We got the chicken pakora for starters & the lamb karahi & naan (2 garlic & 2 plain) as the main dish. Both dishes were served piping hot & were very tasty. I wished the naan could have been a little softer but maybe that's the way they make it. Both naans were filling & large in portion. The Karahi was easily shared between the two of us & we took away one portion that was leftover as well. We also took away about 4 pieces of naan with us so one can imagine that they were huge. We spent about 85 dollars all together so it does add up quickly. But we would visit again!
The food was amazing. If you love sharing dishes this place was awesome we were recommended the Karahi & the biryani & with reason it was absolutely amazing. & the staff was super nice. Definitely recommend going there.
The food was excellent & service was impeccable. The decor & ambience were nice.
We were a group of 3 & got Nahari, Butter Chicken & Karahi Chicken Boneless with 3 portions of butter naan on the side. The meat in all the dishes was cooked perfectly. In all, it cost 99$ with tax & tip.
If you don't like cilantro or coriander, I wouldn't recommend the Nahari or Karahi Chicken as there is a lot of it in the sauce. There is a wide variety of items on the menu & we will be back again to try some more.
If i gonna start a talk about their restaurant. Their food & staff, they both are very nice. Specially their chicken tikka biryani & their karahi chicken( mouth watering dishes)💕
FOOD POISONING!!!
I tried the food with my family for first time yesterday. The taste was yum, we happily tipped more & came from the restaurant.
But then the whole family is hit with food poisoning. I am 39 weeks pregnant & dealing with the food poisoning now .
Didn't expect such a thing from the a reputed restaurant. So disappointed 😞.
We ordered & shared this dishes: Chicken pakora, karahi boneless chicken, poori paratha & chicken biriyani.

Tried Karahi Point for the first time & loved it! The goat karahi was incredibly flavorful, & the naan was warm & fresh. Everything tasted authentic & well-seasoned. The staff were super friendly & made great recommendations. The restaurant has a clean, modern vibe - perfect for a relaxed dinner. Portions were generous & worth the price. I'll definitely be back to try more dishes!
Food flavor, taste, texture, variety, & overall experience of eating was, & has been in the past with consistency, amazing. The ingredients & dishes are made fresh & you can tell they are made care & consideration. The staff is polite, friendly & professional. Atmosphere is inviting for families & groups of friends alike. Over all an amazing place where you can always leave satisfied.
Food is great. Service was even better. Portions were generous. Went there (3 of us). Sarab (I hope I have the correct spelling) was our hostess & she was courteous, friendly & knew her dishes & what to recommend. We left with bowls/dishes all empty...🤤🤤
We ordered the Chicken Karahi, the Butter Chicken & the Chicken Pakora. They also offered us a'grill-dish' of her choice as a complementary appetizer. They also offered 3 difference sauces to accompany the dishes (forgive me, I do not know what they're called but they were yummy & one of them is the pepper sauce & it was hot)
Also, they have lots of parking outside.
Bathroom was clean & smells nice
A quick glance into the kitchen & it seemed proper & neat.
I went to the ramadan buffet. The food is very tasty & there are many options. Especially vegetarian. The food is not too salty & not too oily or spicy it's good for my non asian palate. I took one star because the desserts was not to my taste, not many options & not the best. Also, not many dishes suitable for children & no fries.

Very nice staff that accomodated us at the last minute but we weren't aware that it was Ramadan & in addition to their regular menu, their main offering was a Ramadan buffet.
We are not Muslim & felt like we were intruding on their meal. The restaurant was extremely busy & there was a group of maybe 40 people that were celebrating something & we felt like we shouldn't be there.
It felt like a family gathering & we knew no one.
The buffet is packed & worth the price of $37 per person but be aware, most of the dishes are VERY spicy. There is everything from chicken, to beef to lamb & more.
The manager was obviously overwhelmed & so was the staff. But they were kind & offered those waiting for a table soda & water.
It was also very cold in the restaurant despite it being very busy...
If you like spicy food, you will enjoy this buffet but it is only available during Ramadan.
Amazing food & service! The resturant offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious dishes. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, making it a perfect place for dinner with family or friends. Highly recommended

I recently ordered takeout from Karachi Point, & it truly brought me back to the flavors of my homeland. The Chicken Biryani was fragrant & perfectly spiced, while the Lamb Biryani was rich & tender. The Qeema Biryani was a delicious twist on the classic. The Chicken Karahi Boneless (Half), recommended by the manager, was a standout-rich, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. The Garlic Naan was soft & fresh, & the Butter Chicken was creamy with just the right balance of sweetness & spice. Everything was packed well & arrived hot. The staff & manager at Karachi Point were incredibly kind & professional. The manager went out of their way to recommend dishes, & they didn't disappoint. Their attention to detail & excellent service made the experience even better, even for takeout. You can tell they truly care about their food & customers! A special thanks to Miss jeet for her outstanding service & warm hospitality. Her kindness & attention to detail truly made the experience exceptional
Although my family & I were not impressed, compared to those 5 star ones, & since there is no 2.5 star, I am giving a 3 star. The price , compared to the portion & quality is awesome. We asked for no chili in one & very mild in another one of our orders & the food still was hot for my kid (No chili or hot peppers) & the mild one was fully loaded with hot chili for my wife. The price & the portion ( size ) are really good & that's what makes my 2.5 round up to 3. The sauce for the salad, was a greenish liquid that was 99% like water. I am still thinking how the chef was able to color that water & neutralize it that it could taste like absolutely nothing & has absolutely no texture & aroma. This part deserves a Nobel prize in Chemistry. The meat in all 3 dishes we ordered was fully & well cooked so there is no comments here. The butter Nun ( bread ) was good. The soup (Dahl) was not bad but definitely not good or impressive. A good 2.5 & hardly 3 stars. The last point is that although in most Indian kitchen recipes , they put all of the spaces in oil first, you should not see that much of that oil in your food . Those that we got had a good 1 ladle (if not more) of oil in it so if you are sensitive to the amount of oil on top of your food this will blow your mind.
**Karahi Point - A Culinary Gem for Authentic Pakistani Flavors** Great service by Deeba jan Karahi Point is an absolute treasure for anyone seeking a true taste of Pakistan. From the moment you walk through the door, it's clear that this is more than just a restaurant-it's an experience steeped in tradition, flavor, & warmth. ### Ambiance While the decor is straightforward & unpretentious, the atmosphere feels homey & welcoming. The focus here isn't on extravagant interiors but rather on creating an inviting environment where food takes precedence. The simplicity of the setting allows diners to immerse themselves in the rich aromas & sizzling sounds of fresh karahis being prepared in the kitchen. ### Food This is where Karahi Point truly shines. The food is nothing short of spectacular, with a focus on traditional, fresh-made *karahi* dishes that are bursting with flavor. Their Chicken Karahi & Goat Karahi are showstoppers-tender, juicy meat cooked in a rich, perfectly spiced gravy that delivers the true essence of Pakistani cuisine. The spices are bold yet balanced, allowing the natural flavors of the meat to shine through without overpowering the palate. Aside from the signature *karahi*, the rest of the menu is equally impressive. The *biryani* is fragrant & packed with flavor, the *seekh kebabs* are melt-in-your-mouth delicious, & the freshly baked *naan* is the perfect accompaniment to soak up every last drop of the delectable gravies. Each dish is a harmonious blend of spices & textures, transporting you to the bustling streets of Pakistan with every bite. ### Service The staff at Karahi Point are friendly & attentive, always eager to offer recommendations or explain the menu to those unfamiliar with Pakistani cuisine. Despite the busy atmosphere, they maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring that each guest feels valued. The food is made fresh, so it can take some time, but that's the price of authenticity. The wait only heightens your anticipation for the incredible meal ahead. ### Value For the quality & portion sizes, Karahi Point offers exceptional value. The dishes are large enough to share, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings or group dinners. Every meal feels like a feast, with prices that are more than reasonable for the authenticity & care put into each dish. ### Conclusion Karahi Point is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates authentic, flavorful Pakistani cuisine. It excels in delivering the kind of food that feels homemade but elevated to restaurant quality. The combination of mouthwatering dishes, warm hospitality, & fantastic value makes it a standout choice in the city's vibrant food scene. Whether you're a long-time fan of Pakistani food or trying it for the first time, Karahi Point is sure to impress. Highly recommended for an unforgettable dining experience!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant & it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance & friendly staff made us feel right at home. The menu offers a rich variety of traditional Pakistani dishes, each bursting with authentic flavors. We started with the sizzling seekh kebabs, which were perfectly spiced & grilled to perfection. For the main course, the chicken biryani was a standout fragrant, flavorful, & cooked just right. The lamb karahi was tender & had the perfect balance of spices & don't get me started on the naan; soft, fluffy, & just the right amount of buttery goodness! The service was top-notch; the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, & eager to make our experience memorable. The portions were generous, & everything was reasonably priced, offering great value for such high-quality food. Whether you're a fan of Pakistani cuisine or trying it for the first time, Karahi point is a must-visit. This place truly captures the essence of Pakistani hospitality & flavors. Can't wait to return & try more dishes from their incredible menu!
I went there with a group of friends & ordered various dishes to share. The food was good but I wouldn't say impressive compared to some other places I've tried in the south shore. Portions were reasonable. As someone (East Asian) who loves spicy food, I found their medium spice is quite spicy -- much spicier than I anticipated. The service was nice & the servers were accommodating since we were a group of 10+ with several kids.
