Certaines personnes sur la caisse ne sont pas gentils Il y a une fille je voulais seulement prendre mon plat elle m'a dit oh de ne pas toucher mon plat & tout très bad attitude envers une cliente A part ça les plats sont très bon
Toujours un plaisir d'aller manger là-bas, il y a une variété de plats & c'est toujours frais & agréable. Ça fait maintenant 2 ans que j'y vais & je suis aucunement déçu
J'ai fait appel au service de traîteur de Kanasuk pour les funérailles de ma maman & je suis satisfait à 100%!! La nourriture est excellente, le service est courtois & l'ambiance est familiale. Les invités n'avaient que des commentaires positifs. C'est la meilleure soupe Joumou que j'ai goûtée de ma vie! Merci Kanasuk!
C'est comme chez moi, par contre il a du travail à faire côté expérience client, y en a qui n'a aucun respect pour les gens il faut leur apprendre que le client a toujours raison.( C'est comme ça la game )
WORST Customer service ever!!! I asked 2 plate of fish fritay which they told me would take 20 min max since they had to get the plantain ready, i was ok with waiting for 20 min but 35 min passed by so I asked them how long would the order take since 35 min have passed by so the DAUGHTER of the owner told me that they haven't started with the order yet & she asked me personally to wait another 10 min, so I told her to just give me rice instead if it would be taking longer, the daughter refused to do so & she said she will prepare it as soon as possible so I agreed to stay 5 min more, so 1 hour passed by & there was no return from the daughter so I went to the cashier to ask about the order & the cashier confirmed that the owner's daughter did not prepare anything. So I told them to give me a refund so I can go home then, & the daughter had the gut to asked me for a receipt when they clearly charged me for the food. At the end the mother had to interfere & serve me the food that supposed to take only 20min. As an haitian restaurant representing our gastronomy & is the first time I see a plate of fritay with only 6 slice of plantain & a fish, FRANCHEMENT....
I used their catering service twice. The food was always exceptional. The service was outstanding & professional. They were even able to make a vegan version of Haitian soup joumou which everyone complimented.

Ma première expérience chez Kanasuk fût pour un contrat de service-traiteur à l'occasion des funérailles de ma belle-soeur. J'ai eu un service exceptionnel du début à la fin. Je tiens à remercier Claudette, Marie-Alice & tout le staff pour leur professionalisme, leur écoute, leur patience & leurs belles recommandations. La nourriture était de qualité, fraiche, savoureuse. C'est certain que je vais encore faire affaire avec Kanasuk, je recommande vivement ce restaurant.
Super bon repas riz collé délicieux poulet succulent, super prix abordable 12$ je suis québécois le service était super personnalisé c'est comme goûter les saveurs d'Haïti j'ai tout manger jusqu'à la sauce 😋
Le meilleur griot que j'ai goûter !!! 🤩 Le service est impeccable & la nourriture aucun point négatif je recommande fortement cet endroit Juste trop Wow la viande est tendre er super bonne Super bonne occasion de goûter une nouvelle culture ! Je commande régulièrement & cela ne vas pas changé 🤩🤩
