Scandaleux ! À fuir absolument !
Je suis profondément déçu & en colère contre cet établissement. Cela fait la deuxième fois que ma commande est complètement ratée - articles manquants, produits incorrects, & le tout livré dans un état lamentable. Quand j'ai essayé de signaler le problème, on m'a répondu avec une indifférence totale, sans aucune volonté de rectifier la situation.
Le comble ? On m'a pratiquement raccroché au nez après m'avoir balancé un'c'est pas notre faute' sans aucune explication valable. Aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial, aucun respect du client.
On parle d'argent dépensé pour recevoir n'importe quoi & être traité comme si on dérangeait. C'est inacceptable. La satisfaction client, ils ne connaissent visiblement pas.
Je déconseille fortement cet endroit à quiconque tient à son argent & à son temps. Il existe des commerces qui savent prendre soin de leurs clients - ce n'est clairement pas le cas ici.
Zéro écoute. Zéro sérieux. Zéro étoile si je pouvais.
