Very good lamb sandwich on in-house baked bread. The lamb was tender & succulent but needed a little salt. The fries were hot, salty, & crispy... The way I like.
Easily the best sandwiches in Montreal, thought I’m honestly stuck on the merguez one so I can’t really speak on the others. The homemade bread, the house sauce, the fries, it’s all just so damn good!! I’m now halfway around the world dreaming of a merguez sandwich from Kahwa! 🥲
They make their own bread (Italian-style ciabatta). Plus the ingredients are very tasty & the sauces delicious. My favourite sandwich place in Montreal by far.

First time eating here after hearing good things from all of my friends. Definitely lived up to the expectation! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. Maybe just a liiiittle too small for a big eater like me but the flavours were so delicious & the bread was so fresh! Definitely coming back
This place is easily one of the top sandwiches you can find on the Montreal island. The bread is always made fresh & there’s just so much flavour packed into the meats & sauces.
I’ll get a craving for Kahwa almost weekly & often come here to enjoy their sandwiches. Especially during the summer, you can enjoy it on the walkable street on Mont Royal without the loud noises of cars disrupting your meal.
Great place for lunch. Tasty & fair priced. They bake the bread just before making the sandwiches. Recommended 👍. We arrived around 1pm on a weekday & there were about 10 people queuing in front of the place. I was a bit worried we had to wait a long time but we got our sandwiches within 15 minutes. Wish they sold their bread separately too.
We noticed a long line which is what caught our attention so we decided to have a quick sandwich there. There are a few places to sit inside however, it’s much nicer outside on the patio. What’s your order a sandwich inside you can pay they take your name & call your name once everything is ready. The lamb sandwich was absolutely delicious & so was the chicken Panko. It’s a pretty filling sandwich & there’s great value for the price. The brand is really cool almost like a kind of pita pocket that they cook on the spot as you can see from our videos & pictures.
