Came for lunch - 3 adults & 9 month old baby. Was a bit nervous to bring our baby to a more upscale restaurant but the staff went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & well set up. They had a high chair & lots of stuffed animals & toy dinosaurs (clearly part of the eclectic decor but so great that it could be repurposed!)
Food was on the pricier side but delicious.
Would recommend & look forward to trying Montreal Plaza.
Mon petit souper imprévu de vendredi soir s'est transformé en une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle. Nous avons laissé le serveur nous surprendre avec plusieurs plats, & chacun d'eux était un véritable délice. Les portions étaient généreuses, parfaites pour savourer chaque bouchée tout en gardant de la place pour découvrir encore plus de saveurs.
Le restaurant, bien que petit, est lumineux & dégage une ambiance chaleureuse & amicale. C'est sans aucun doute l'un de mes restaurants préférés à Montréal. Je recommande vivement d'y faire un tou
A sister restaurant to Montreal Plaza, this intimate spot delivers the same level of culinary excellence in a cozier setting. The dishes are just as inventive & flavorful-meticulously prepared with a focus on bold, creative combinations. & don't skip dessert; they're absolutely scrumptious! While it may be smaller than its'big brother,' it's equally worthy of a visit. Highly recommend adding it to your must-try list!
Endroit chaleureux & sympathique. Bon service & bonne bouffe. La facture est cependant un peu salée pour la génerosité des plats. Je recommanderais donc l'endroit pour un goûter ou un lunch plutôt qu'un repas du soir plus substantiel.

Bistro incroyable avec une explosion de saveur dans tous les plats !

Had an amazing lunch here, the service & food were both incredible. Excellent spot for share plates as well. Among our favourites were the clams + mushrooms, striped bass tartare feature, cucumber + stracciatella & steamed egg + brain (the latter being our first time trying brain, a must try!) & they were all tremendous. Everything tasted super fresh, a testament I'm sure to the ingredients they source. The plating on all our dishes was beautiful as well. Their focaccia was also some of the best I've had. Melle served us at the bar & gave us warm, attentive, friendly service & was very knowledgeable on their menu, merci Melle!! Can't recommend this place enough & we can't wait to come back next time we're in Montreal.
This restaurant is fantastic - great food, amazing people. I especially enjoyed the ravigote tongue & the red lobster scallops, but you can't really go wrong with anything on the menu. All dishes prepared with an obvious attention to detail, & absolutely first rate ingredients. Highly recommended! We will come back for sure to try everything on the menu. Wonderful staff.
This restaurant is a delight. The whimsical decor set the tone that your evening is supposed to be fun & delicious. Our servers were fanatic & welcoming. Highly recommend.

Bonne bouffe & bon service. Les plats étaient parfaitement exécutés & les recommandations du staff étaient « on point ». Seul commentaire : très petit & très bruyant, donc difficile de s'entendre.
Fun French Canadian Resto! Small cute restaurant connected to Montreal Plaza. Lively atmosphere, excellent food. Recommended dishes: tartare, Focaccia, Trout, Lamb Flank, Lobster Scallop, Bonito Daikon Would like to try: Beef Cheeks, Potato Skins, Squash Salad Not the best: Brain (tastes like a dashi steamed egg. It would be good served on a bed a rice)
Just opened a few weeks ago so was excited to try it out as it is the sister restaurant to Montreal plaza. The service was exceptional & the atmosphere was lively. Really appreciated the quirky decor & is a fun place to go out with friends. My favourite dishes were the trout, the lamb & red lobster scallop. The only flop was the brain dish as I'm not personally a fan of the creamy texture. The trout dish was Asian inspired with a sesame crust. It was smoky, the vegetables gave it a nice texture & was umami. Yum!! Would definitely recommend this resto & would like to try out their beef cheek next.
