The waitress was really nice however we were really disappointed with the food. My burger was cold, the mac in cheese in the hot dog was not warm & the cheese was barely melted, felt as if they were in a hurry to cook the meal when the restaurant wasn't full. We unfortunately will not be returning to that location.

Loved the concept & waiter was very polite with quick service. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is the fact that after telling him quality of food was below expectation, he didn't do anything to fix the issue. Either he didn't know how, or he wasn't trained to deal with customer satisfaction. So we ordered MaC & cheese for the kids & burgers for my wife & I. Mac & cheese was hardly touched . Very bland & very commercial out of a box taste. Burgers were huge, but bread was stale & meat was very very dry. Like the meat was precooked & then warmed up when we ordered. No "juicy" burger was experienced as the waiter said it would be. Milk shakes were ok but not the thick cold shakes that we look for in a 10$ "homemade" shake. So bill came out to 112$ plus tip (130$). Would I go back?.... I think I'll try it again, & specify what quality I expect. Not being difficult, just want a simple juicy burger for the 20$ it cost me.
