We got served by Anastasia & it was great. She's very friendly & made our first experience amazing. We add a great time. Made us talking about the day's where we add jukebox in each table & put .25 cents & choose music. Thank you Anastasia & jukeboxes for the memories.

First impressions are very important & to us unfortunately was a fail.
I saw a promo on Instagram they had going, Sun through Thurs they had the James Dean burger with a milkshake for $20... well why not & took the family there on Thursday around 6h30pm.
Upon arrival we were greeted & seated promptly, I also asked the hostess if the promo was still on, she looked confused & said NO, also no where in the restaurant or on the menu any mention of the promo...few minutes later she came back saying, yes it was actually still on!
So we order 2 of the promo & 2 other burger plates...the shakes arrived & it was the worst shakes we have drank...it was like a cold chocolate milk, no consistency , spent in the blender way too long, actually 1 we did not even touch, if our waitress was well trained that should of been a red flag & should of asked us if there was something wrong with it... we left it as is & did not complain.
The plates arrived with cold fries & the promo plates had half the fries in it, its ok did not bother us since the kids never finish theirs, but don't call it James Dean promo, call it something else if you are going to modify the portions.
Waitress was friendly, restaurant had a nice vibe with the decor & all, many choices on the menu.
But with so many burger joints out there, it will be a pass for us for jukebox burgers.

Really enjoyed Jukebox Burgers! The decor & whole atmosphere are amazing, & the milkshakes were really good.

There's a huge selection of burgers, & I especially appreciated that you can substitute a veggie patty on any of them. Everything we had was delicious.

The staff were friendly, the location is great, & parking was easy. Definitely a fun place & worth checking out!

A fun themed family-friendly diner-style restaurant. Food is great, generous portions & great flavours for all the different options. Milkshakes are a must! Meghry was fantastic all night - patient & kind with our young kids as well.

We had ordered the nachos as an entree & it was basically a soup lol we then ordered the Cowboy burger & the Rocket burger & tbh we were a bit disappointed. It wasn't the best quality especially for the price you pay. The meat was dry & barely had any sauce on them. However the fries were nice & crispy 10/10. The service was fine overall, pretty standard. Nice atmosphere though.

I ordered the Cowboy Burger, which comes with bacon, caramelized onions, BBQ sauce, cheddar, & Monterey Jack cheese. Unfortunately, the burger was very disappointing. The beef was very poor quality-it literally fell apart in my mouth like rice instead of having the texture of a proper burger patty. The fries, however, were amazing. They were fresh, crispy, & easily the best part of the meal.
I also ordered the Caesar salad with chicken. The chicken was served cold & tasted terrible. It honestly felt like it had been sitting in the fridge for a week before being added to the salad.
As for the service, the server was very nice & polite. The problem wasn't him-he was working alone. It took about 20 minutes just to get a glass of water & place my order because he was trying to handle the entire restaurant by himself. While I was waiting, I saw three different tables leave because they got tired of waiting to be served. It seems like the restaurant was simply understaffed.
I visited the Montreal location a couple of years ago, & it was good, so I expected the same quality here. Unfortunately, the Laval location was a huge disappointment. Based on this experience, I definitely won't be coming back.

Food was honestly amazing. Our waitress, Georgia, was honestly the best waitress I've had in a long time. The service was incredible & she did her job incredibly well. She even made the ice cream I had ordered extra good which is a big bonus. I would totally recommend this place to everyone as it is a very family friendly restaurant & if you come, I recommend you ask for Georgia as she is the best.

Went on a Monday night & had steak sub & my husband had a burger. Very good. Meat very tender & juicy. Yummy fries!!
