We had an amazing experience at Jukebox! The burgers were absolutely delicious, the milkshake was something special, truly amazing.
The place itself is beautiful, with great decoration & a wonderful atmosphere. We really loved the vibe & enjoyed every moment of our visit.

Le service était lent & le restaurant n'était pas plein, j'ai dû me lever pour demander de la sauce pour mon burger car certain ou tout les burgers n'ont pas de sauce inclus. Mon milkshake était bon, bonne poutine. Ça s'appelle Jukebox mais aucun Jukebox dans le resto? Come on! Sinon l'atmosphère & le décor des années 50-60, bien réussi 👍🏻

Le service était totalement IMPECCABLE. Le serveur était tellement attentionné & attentif. Le meilleur que je ne n'ai jamais vu.
Sans parler de la nourriture excellente! Les burgers & les milkshakes étaient délicieux.
L'ambiance était parfaite. C'était chaleureux, accueillant & la décoration était magnifique.
Bref, je recommande fortement!

Très beau restaurant. Super pour prendre des photos a mettre sur les réseaux. Autant du décor que de la nourriture. Pas d'ambiance, même un vendredi, l'endroit est presque vide. J'y suis allée 2 fois, les deux fois le service était vraiment moche. Les serveurs semblent très inexpérimentés, ne viennent pas assez aux tables & il faut tout leur demander. Les entrées sont bonnes. Une des fois où j'y ai mangé c'était très bon, la deuxième le pain était sec comme s'il avait passé la journée a l'air & les rondelles d'oignons molles comme si elles avaient été dans un contenant pour emporter. Le macaroni au fromage pour enfants a l'air de KD avec des grosses pâtes.

Like many have gone through, there are pros & cons. My family stopped in on a friday looking for tasty burgers, sides & desserts.

Pros:
- service is pretty good, checking on us often for anything we need.
- the atmosphere is nice, a diner kind of look with many attention to details for lighting & other decor.

Cons:
- prices & portions are not great. I'm a big eater, & i can say that the hamburgers are probably too big for the average person. & at a premium price (21 to 25 for the average burger). Might be better to reduce the size & the price, but thats my opinion.
- most food is okay, but allot lacks basics in flavor. Dry burger meat, coleslaw no flavor (lacking either time to set or spices), bland spy mayo, & in general there was nothing better than average, or stood out.
- my wife ended up getting a huge pointy bone shard in her wrap. We didnt make a fuss about it, but these things shouldnt happen.
- bringing kids here & given the prices, you'd expect free refils on fountain drinks, but no its pay for each. Actually anything here on the menu is riddled with'extra choices' for extra costs.

Whike we had an ok experience, given the price & the flavor of the food theres nothing really drawing us to come back. The food i of good quality though overall, but anyone with a decent pallette would give this a pass.

J'ai bien aimé l'ambiance du restaurant qui nous plonge directement dans les années 50. Le décor est très beau. La nourriture est bonne. Je vais y retourner c'est certain.

Absolument très bon, portion extra généreuse, décor du temps rétro..... la seule bémol est la musique..... ce devrait être du rock' m roll des années 50 pour être plus dans l'ambiance & avoir l'expérience total...!

My friend & I went to jukebox for the first time today. We were captivated by the name & the decor didn't disappoint. The only thing missing was the music to set the vibe. Most of the time we didn't hear anything & when we did, it was extremely low. Our waitress was friendly, warm, & knew the menu very well, which was very helpful. I would give her 5 stars, however I was very disappointed with the nachos I ordered. The salsa tasted like I was eating acidic tomato sauce. There was barely any cheese & I expected the nachos to be warmed up (that's how they often are served in restos) but instead i felt like i was just eating plain old nachos out of a bag. I did however try a piece of my friend's veggie burger & it tasted good.

went to jukebox for the first time last night & i was happy with the experience. the restaurant decorations were cute & everything was clean & well maintained. the menu had a lot of options we had a hard time choosing what to go but we all were pleased with what we got it was fresh, warm, & delicious! the portion sizes were also good we were all full after our meal. our waitress was also kind, friendly & polite 😊 would definitely recommend this restaurant & i will be back!

L'ambiance très cute & très belle aussi , ont dirais vraiment un resto comme dans grease 🍭 Les décors sont vraiment beau! Par contre musique un peu trop forte à certain endroit , j'ai demander à être changer de table car le speaker était vers nous & musique forte... Le service était bien. Mais la nourriture.. Malheureusement de mon coter j'ai vraiment été déçu! J'avais déjà été à l'autre Juke box burger & c'était très bon! Mais là lui de Laval j'ai trouver que ce n'était pas pareil ( les frites ) pas le même goût.. & je me suis dit je vais essayer un gros Milk shake extrême , le brownie était vraiment bon! Ça j'ai rien na dire sur le brownie , par contre le milkshake goûtait vraiment bizzard & pas bon.. Je ne l'es pas bu.. avoir su j'aurai dû seulement prendre un dessert genre brownie & c'est tout.

J'ai adoré mon expérience au juxebox burger Laval. La décoration est tout simplement magnifique style année 60-70. Le service était impeccable. La nourriture très bonne. Bonne portion. Les frites gaufrées un vrai délice. Je recommande à 100%. Endroit très propre.

Kayla had the pleasure of taking care of me & my friends from our book club. She is so sweet. The moment i walked into jukebox laval, the decor gave me butterflies. Service from start to finish was superb. Food is/was amazing.

It was... meh. The first time we dined at Jukebox Burger was at the original location in the West Island. It was delicious & fun & we couldn't wait to go back. We were so excited to hear Jukebox opened in Laval just a few minutes from where we live, & decided to choose this restaurant to treat our kids (we don't eat out often). We're disappointed to have to say it didn't live up to our expectations or memory of our past experience. The hostess wasn't that welcoming, she was a little cold. It seemed obvious she didn't like being there. Our server was very good though. He was efficient & polite. Everyone who helped in service was super nice & helpful (like a team). There was no issues at all with them. The food looked aesthetically good & the portions were generous. The quality of the burgers was good too, but they were undercooked & bland & lacked either flavour or love or something. It was forgettable. The fries & milkshake were also bland. We had the fried cheese curds as an appetizer, they were good. & one of us had the poutine with bacon. It seemed they ran out of cheese for the poutine because there was barely any on it. The ambience/decor was fun but overall it felt like something was missing. It passes. But it doesn't leave me craving to go back. It's too bad though because the OG Jukebox Burgers was so good.

Here are some simple ideas to make the restaurant more interesting:
- dimming the lights a bit (to diminish the cafeteria feeling)
- having real jukeboxes (I remember seeing small ones on tables when I was younger) or at least a big one we could use
- having music from the jukebox era (50's & 60's)
- servers could be dressed in the 50's theme as well
- having shareable sundaes & milkshakes (bigger sizes)

There is no added value to the restaurant compared to its competitors close by besides the decor.

The only reason I would come back to the restaurant, is because of the great service we got. Food was also good.
