Un endroit chaleureux, un service impeccable & que dire de la nourriture, extrêmement savoureuses, mes papilles gustatives étaient en danse. Le propriétaire ainsi que la serveuse Raphaëlle nous ont servi un service qui ont grandement dépassé nos attentes, ça donne envie de revenir.
Had dinner there on a Thursday night. They accommodated our group of 8 & service was great. The bar area was packed with Line dancers so service was a bit slower but expected. All in all had a great time.

Nous sommes allés au restaurant/bar le 21 Février passé pour les 50ans de ma mère & nous avons adoré la place. Les employés & le propriétaire sont vraiment supers ! Nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés & nous avons passé une excellente soirée. Très bonne idée de faire jouer des chansons & mettre les dances du jeu Just Dance à l'écran en même temps. Very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant.
We were invited here for a friend's retirement party with a group of about 30 people. Unfortunately, the kitchen was clearly not prepared to handle a large group. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, & when it finally arrived, everything was cold. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for a second attempt, & even then, some of the food was still cold.
At one point, a friend's glass of wine was spilled. When the owner came to clean it up, instead of offering a replacement glass as a simple courtesy, his response was to say that the other person should pay her bill. A gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way.
It was obvious the staff was new, & there was only one server for the entire group. To be clear, the server & the bus staff worked very hard & truly did their best under the circumstances. The issues were clearly due to poor management & lack of preparation.
Toward the end of the meal, the owner began removing chairs & told me to move because dancing was about to start. When I explained that we had not finished our wine, his response was,'Well, the retiree wants to dance now.'
I asked to speak to the manager & was told he was the owner. I calmly explained my concerns about the food & service. While I may have expressed dissatisfaction, his reaction was to say that he would not accommodate us in any way because he felt disrespected. As a result, no effort was made to resolve the situation.
The owner was unpleasant, unaccommodating, & dismissive. I left feeling very dissatisfied. I will not be returning, & several people in our group-as well as other customers that evening-shared the same sentiment & will not be coming back.
He did give my friend
2x25$ coupons for a next visit. Not applicable on our 200$ bill of tonight however.....

Très déçue par mon expérience dans ce restaurant.
Nous étions invités pour le party de retraite d'une amie, avec un groupe d'environ 30 personnes. Malheureusement, la cuisine n'était clairement pas prête à recevoir un grand groupe. Nous avons attendu plus de 45 minutes avant de recevoir nos plats, qui sont arrivés complètement froids. Nous avons ensuite attendu encore 30 minutes pour une deuxième tentative, & certains aliments étaient encore froids.
À un moment donné, le verre de vin d'une amie a été renversé. Lorsque le propriétaire est venu nettoyer, au lieu d'offrir un autre verre par simple courtoisie, il a dit que l'autre personne devait payer la facture. Un geste de politesse aurait été apprécié.
Il était évident que le personnel était nouveau & qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule serveuse pour tout le groupe. Honnêtement, la serveuse & les bus girls ont travaillé très fort & ont fait de leur mieux. Le problème venait clairement d'un manque d'organisation & de gestion.
À la fin du repas, le propriétaire a commencé à enlever nos chaises & m'a demandé de me déplacer parce que la danse allait commencer. Lorsque j'ai mentionné que nous n'avions pas terminé notre vin, il m'a répondu : « La retraitée veut danser maintenant. »
J'ai demandé à parler au gérant & il m'a dit qu'il était le propriétaire. Je lui ai expliqué mes insatisfactions concernant la nourriture & le service. Même si mon ton reflétait ma déception, sa réaction a été de dire qu'il ne ferait absolument rien pour nous accommoder, car il s'est senti manqué de respect.
Le propriétaire a été désagréable, non accommodant & peu professionnel. Je suis repartie très insatisfaite. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet établissement, & plusieurs personnes de notre groupe - ainsi que d'autres clients présents ce soir-là - ont également affirmé qu'elles ne reviendraient pas.
Il a remis 2 coupons de 25$ a mon amie qui a payé notre facture de 200$... mais ce netait pas applicable ce soir donc inutile....
Bouffe délicieuse, ambiance vraiment cool, staff sur la coche & si vous aimez danser le country c'est LA place a ne pas manquer sur la rive nord de Montréal.
Jack Saloon had the best atmosphere with the option of having the private room & still being able to go to the dance floor, service was amazing & so helpful - truly an amazing experience thank u again jack saloon!
