We went there to smoke cigars & have a few drinks. At the end of the night, we were charged an additional $12.50 per cigar we smoked. This fee was never mentioned beforehand, & there were no signs indicating that customers had to pay a separate cigar-smoking fee.

I was very disappointed by this surprise charge. In my understanding, businesses should clearly disclose all fees before charging customers. Charging for something that was never mentioned or displayed is unfair & misleading.
