I took the Hoggy plate, generous portion, ribs & pulled pork are amazing & the corn ribs omg delicious. Cole slaw could use a more creamy sauce though. Service was great & love the ambiance. Definitely going again!

On est arrivé à 20h, l'ambiance est géniale mais une heure plus tard (j'ai un timestamp de quand on est arrivé) pas de drink & pas d'assiette... On doit courir après notre serveuse après un 10-20 mins de plus & à 21h10 j'ai mon drink. Toujours pas d'assiette.

Limonade sanglante est délicieuse. On se revoit quand (si) je reçois mon assiette

Edit: 21h15 ish on a flaggé une deuxième serveuse super sweet, elle s'est excusée pour sa collègue & l'attente & en 5 minutes on avait notre bouffe (assiette entière de ribs). Honnêtement j'étais tellement contente de voir mon assiette je ne l'ai pas pris en photo.

Je suis sûre que notre expérience est une exception, cependant je ne peux pas donner plus pour l'attente excessive. Merci beaucoup à la deuxième serveuse.

My husband & I just had lunch at Jack's Saloon. We had the baja tacos, rib steak & Australian stockman burger. Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! It was our second time there & it didn't disappoint. Emma's service was top notch, she's very sweet & super friendly & she makes a great spicy margarita. We will definitely be going back 👍

Horrible food, never had such dry ribs! Beef brisket dried like in the dessert of Arizona! Horrible. Waited 1 ½ hour for bill.!

Disappointing Experience Despite High Hopes

I really wanted to like Jack Saloon, but unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations.

The Good: The ambiance was pleasant, & credit where it's due - once we placed our order, the food came out quickly. You could tell the team was trying to make it work.

The Bad: The food quality was the main letdown. The brisket & ribs were both extremely dry, with the ribs being particularly tough & difficult to chew through. The pulled pork tasted more like day-old leftovers than something freshly prepared. The wings were decent but nothing special. The sausage was dry. The Mac & Cheese lacked taste.

The Service: This was equally disappointing. Our server kept walking away mid-conversation to handle other issues, & it took an unreasonably long time just to order drinks. The overall service felt disorganized & unprofessional.

The Bottom Line: For a smoker's plate that cost over $100, the value was absolutely terrible. It's really unfortunate because we went in hoping for a great meal, but I honestly didn't know it was possible to mess up brisket this badly & still charge premium prices.

Wednesday 11:30 AM, not busy yet. We were greeted & served with courtesy. Good service, best smoke ribs I ever had. The owner/chef came to greet us, after we got our food, to make sure it's to our like. He even gave us a little tour of the smoker. 15 Hours to smoke the pulled pork & 8 hours for the ribs. We only ordered the full slab & a smoke salmon to share between 4 people. That was plenty for us. I'll come back for the ribs.

Première expérience à ce restaurant & wow! Je recommande fortement. La ravissante serveuse Raphaëlle est très au devant de ses clients, belle attitude & serviable, elle est géniale! Avoir un restaurant cest une serveuse comme elle que je voudrais. Le propriétaire Mahdi (je crois) est très gentil & aide à servir au table. La nourriture est très bonne & les quantités sont grosses. Nous étions un groupe de 6 & tous nos plats étaient délicieux: tartares, rib de steak, smokedmeat, côtes levées, ailes de poulet (elles sont énormes) calmars, taquitos ( ils sont gros), les frites de patates douces, les patates monte carlo.....tout était bon. Bon service, belle décoration, grand & belle ambiance. Une très belle decouverte pour nous & nous comptons bien y retourner.
