My wife & I showed up on a Tuesday around 6:30 7:00 pm & the place was completely empty. The waitress was excellent & super nice. The chairs in the bar section are unfortunately very uncomfortable. They have no support & when you sit in them you sink. I m a bigger guy so I thought it was just me but my wife who is 160 pounds lighter than me had the same sensation. We received the menu which were pretty torn up & decided to order the jacks smokehouse platter for 110$ . I ordered a Stella & it was warmish with the beer lacking flavor & with an unpleasant bitterness. I love Stella it s my favorite beer. So I m thinking the taps might not be working right. The platter we received is monstrous. A nice cheddar smoky sausage, 6 ribs, some chicken wings , some corn ribs, a small mound of pulled pork & a huge piece of brisket with fries. The pork had big lumps of fat in it & the sauce was very bland. The corn ribs were good with a nice batter. The ribs & the chicken wings were excellent . Fall off the bone ribs with great sauce. The wings are deep-fried with a rub & they were crispy & juicy & really good. The brisket is a complete disaster. Fatty no flavor ....to be honest reminded me of a pot roast boiled in water. Ate 2 pieces & ended up spitting the meat into my napkin. Yuck yuck yuck. Gelatinous non rendered fat. Terrible. The smokie sausage was good but I got some gristle in it that was unchewable. We finished up I told the waitress about the brisket & she just said that people rave about it. Maybe the chef had a bad night. Anyway don t go on a Tuesday, the beer is warm , the platter though big lacks flavor. Sorry to say cause I wanted to love this place , expensive & not worth it. But if you do decide to try it the chicken wings & the ribs were great. & as you can tell from the response of the owner not willing to admit that his food is not up to par.

Presque tout est sans ingrédients contenant du gluten. Toutes les sauces sont maison fais avec fécule de maïs.

Super service même le propriétaire est venu nous voir & m'a offert un petit contenant de sa sauce BBQ qui est excellente!! Leurs brisquette de boeuf sont vraiment succulentes

Premièrement, lorsque j'ai appeler j'ai demandé une réservation pour le samedi, mais elle a été mise le vendredi. L'équipe nous a trouvé une table. Par contre, service super long. Nous avons reçu les repas avant les entrées, la salade maison goute absolument rien & même chose pour la sauce au poivre. Le code vestimentaire des employés n'est pas professionnel. Bien que l'équipe ait tenté de remédier à la situation concernant les erreurs, je ne retournerais pas à cet endroit très décue.

Je laisse rarement des commentaires mais jai ete tres decu de mon repas brisket javais literalement 1x un jarre de petit steak de brisket tres minces a peu pret 1/2 pouces pas des lanieres comme du vrai brisket pas sauce au jus tres sec pas juteux (graisseux) malgre que le gout fumer etais tres bon & jai eux un tres bon service jpence qui devrais verifier & repenser cette assiette surtout quand jai vue mon assiete a 30$ jai manger mais je lavais sur le coeu

Évitez la salade cesar au poulet. Manque de sauce,pas de croûton & très petit morceau de poulet.Prix assez élevé pour ce genre de souper.

I took the Hoggy plate, generous portion, ribs & pulled pork are amazing & the corn ribs omg delicious. Cole slaw could use a more creamy sauce though. Service was great & love the ambiance. Definitely going again!

The food here is delicious & not super sweet. More smokey than sweet. The Dynamite sticks (11/10) are the absolute BEST jalapeno poppers I have ever tasted.
We ordered the mixed meat plate at $95 & was able to feed 3-4 people. The dynamite sticks sauce mixed with the meat is extremely delicious combination to give some additional flavour to the super smokey meat.
